  Kevin @ Phoenix consistently does a fabulous job with my nails! I get Dip and they last without chipping or breaking off, until I return 3 weeks later, due to nail growth...and they look amazing!!! Their prices are in-line or better than other salons in the area. They are conveniently centrally located near Sam's. Really glad I found this place.....and Kevin! Highly recommend! 🌟

  What a WONDERFUL experience!!! Three of us came in without appointments and they welcomed us with smiles. Prices were great and the massage even on the basic pedicure was so good. I will definitely be back!

  Ahhh, excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. I felt very relaxed and began to rise like a phoenix during my chair massage and leg rub. NICE✅❤️😉Go for the gel, worth the extra $15!

  Went here once, lady was extremely rude wouldn’t listen and literally cut every single one of my cuticles open and bleeding!

  Wouldn’t recommend!! The lady literally was digging into my toe(s) and just being rough overall to the point my toe(s) were literally bleeding. I asked her to clean the blood up and she used alcohol & it was literally burning & then it bled even more.

  Phoenix Nail Spa provides a great service. Fast, friendly and professional. Pricing is in line with the market. The only downside is how busy they are. For that, I suggest making a reservation.

  I love this place I had my gel polish done by one of the males there and it lasted for almost a month. I have been so happy with them and will continue to use them.

  I will not be going back there!!! I have gone 4 times. They cut me every time!!! When I was there yesterday she cut me several times and seriously laughed about it. I finally yelled at her and I didn't care who heard me ...

  I started going here only because my nail technician left the signature spa and moved here. However today is the last time I will go there. I’ve been going to this nail technician for “16 YEARS”! Because she does an excellent job with healthy nails and I’ve never gotten an infection. They last 3-4 weeks without chipping.However I’ve had to tolerate her rude and arrogant personality sometimes all these years plus she rarely initiates any conversation for the 45 mins I’m sitting there. But today when I finished, as usual, I asked to make my next appointment in 3 wks. She “refused” and told me “no” because you always forget your appointments!!! In 16 years I have “never”forgotten an appointment so I had “no idea” what she was talking about. I’m extremely organized so it’s never happened. I had to beg her to make my next appointment ?!?!It was the last straw for me. I will not tolerate her rude abrupt, arrogant behavior any longer. Plus it’s not a clean sterile environment at all!!! I never liked that especially because of Covid and now RSV which I was sick with for 6 weeks.I have made an appointment with another salon that is very clean and sterile snd they have 3 experienced healthy nail techs and I’m looking forward to moving on after 16 years of tolerating her rude abrupt behavior.I would not recommend this salon.Service: Dip powder

  I told the tech not to scrub the outside of my big toe as it opens up easy. Instead he scrubbed it with the metal scraper and opened up the side of my big toe, which bled. Now it’s sore and will take weeks to mend. While bleeding they tried to stop it, but days later I’m still bleeding. Unfortunately, I’ll never go again. I was charged full price after th incident.
