Pnc Bank at Indian River Mall in Vero Beach is fantastic. The staff, especially Katrina Borneman is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, personable bankers in Vero Beach, Florida. Kudos to a fine group of bankers working at PNC Bank.

Horrible experience as POD on my brother's account. After his death, the representative I went to either doesn't know what she's doing or she's stringing me along. Everything I read says funds dispersed upon presenting ID and death certificate. I presented current ID as well as ID in my former married name. Also offered divorce agreement where name change authorized. But after doing that I'm still jumping through hoops and no access to funds which I need to keep up my brothers homestead. She also does not return phone calls.Sorry Lee, I tried.

I bank with pnc for my personal accounts and business accounts, I’m in and out of each location around Vero. That said this location is the absolute worst. I’ve always had problems there and today is no exception. I forgot my wallet (so no id) but I have a picture of my id in my phone with my accounts on my app and everything and they wouldn’t let me make a simple withdrawal. Lady said she doesn’t know me. Yet I’ve seen her there before and I have all the credentials… this is why I go to the one on 20th place the big branch in Vero. I know now to just drive 15 mins out of my way to avoid this branch. Completely unprofessional. No wonder this one has 2.5 stars and the other one has 4.5… what a joke…

I rarely feel the need to complain but today I went into PNC to cash 2 checks, and deposit a savings bond. Everyone was welcoming other than an older woman, looking mid 70s, that served me. She was wearing a see-through white shirt making me uncomfortable and greeted me with "what do u need", instead of " how can I help you" which is fine but she continued to tell me she couldn't cash my checks or deposit them making up tons of excuses I have never heard of.She didn't help me when I asked her for help with the saving bond she said "I'd have to figure it out , and go to the government." Whatever the heck that means. I have lived here for 2 years and everything I go to this PNC I have this problem. Do yourself a favor and ask for another teller or go to a different location.

Got to the branch at Indian River Mall 2 minutes before closing. As I'm reaching for the door, 2 bank employees lock it, look me in the eye and shrug their shoulders. Stellar customer service. They also cowardly watched and waited until I left the parking lot to open the door and slink into their cars to leave. Bank hours are until 2:00 not 1:581:58

Teller loudly announced to their customer with others standing behind that theyre account was overdrawn. How embarrassing for this customer to have zero privacy of their account status. The least the teller could have done was printed out a balance receipt and invite the customer to speak to a Banker in private.I felt bad for that customer as did others in line. Where is the courtesy?!Teller asked my Fiancé “Where’d you get this money?” when he deposited a large sum check which made him very angry because there was no rapport no friendly service just very fact of the matter as if there was a problem and where the money came from was clearly printed on the left corner of the check and memo line. Irregardless, it was rude and unprofessional. A more appropriate way of having a conversation would be an invitation to speak with a Banker for security and better rates for the money should it be sitting on deposit for 3-6 months or longer after gaining permission from the client to further a conversation. Left a very bad taste in my fiancé’s mouth and he ended up moving relationship out- I don’t blame him because that was extremely unprofessional. The Branch Manager or Teller Lead never called him back to discuss his experience. This branch service needs to improve to say the least. It is known for its unfriendly service and curtThere is room for improvement with Professionalism especially compared to other branches in town as well as ownership that improvement is needed by leadership.

Worst experience dealing with this location. And I have been a customer for 5 years. Rep Evelyn who took my call kept going back and forth with the manager Sharon who I couldn't speak to over my account & were not helpful at all.. Thankful for customer service, they solved all my issues. Will be calling them instead from now on..

They did not listen to my question and treated me with suspicion. When I said there must be a misunderstanding between us, the account specialist said I was insulting him. His manager was no better. I had to leave without a resolution and now my family is closing all of their PNC accounts. Could have been just bad luck at this branch, on this particular day, but who knows?
