Horrible experience there. I paid $80 for a gel manicure very bad done!!! $65 for gel and $15 for removing my previous gel. After fighting over the phone with one manager, they gave me back $15. Think 100 times before going there!

Such a beautiful setup and organized. We were welcomed by the front desk and brought back by our stylist Dawn. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge regarding hair styling, cuts, color,treatments, and maintenence. She provides so much more than cuts and color, she provides education in a warm and gentle manner. Provided so much detail in caring for hair in this humid climate. Every move of her scissors were executed with extreme precision. Her eyes already knew where the hair was going. Precise-surgical manner all while keeping us engaged in conversation and maintaining the finished style we came in looking for. With wonderful stylist like Dawn, no wonder Polished has maintained and thrived in the competitive location of 32963. We will be coming back 100% If hair is a quest, forget the rest and find Dawn at Polished. Polished also has many aesthetic options as well.

Horrible customer service. Overpriced. They lost a customer for $35. This establishment keeps customers credit cards on file which is a breech of privacy. We recently bought a home in Vero. I used Polished 4x this year choosing this establishment due to convenience. They rarely were able to accommodate my schedule claiming they were booked, despite when I do attend my appointments their space is often empty of clients. They called me and asked if I could change my appointment this week and I (as the customer) accommodated their scheduling request although the change of time was cumbersome for me. The day of my appointment, I contacted Polished, and left a message that I would be late for my 12:30pm due to a meeting that I had that went overtime. Upon arrival at 1pm, Jacqueline at the front desk, claimed that because I was late, no one could accommodate me the entire day. The next day, my credit card notified me that POLISHED charged my credit card $35 for a manicure that I never received. Me: "Why did you charge my credit card $35 for a manicure when I was late and you could not accommodate my change in schedule?" Jacqueline answered the phone, "You were late, we cancelled your appointment. Our policy is that we will still charge you for the service if you are late." Me "I do not see this policy anywhere on your site. You did not tell me that you would bill my credit card when I was in your establishment and you denied me my manicure." Jacqueline refused to remove the $35 charge from my credit card. Here is the email that I was sent by Polished as you will note it says nothing about charging if I am late to an appointment and they can not reschedule me.

I called there while we were driving down from Illinois , requested three pedicures. One adult, one teen, one child. It was supposed to be a special surprise for my 11 year old who has been asking to go for a pedicure with her and my oldest daughter. I gave very specific instructions and the girl on the phone even repeated my appointment for 3 people back to me. She said the only opening was Thursday at 4:00 that they would be able to fit that request in. I reserved the appointment t. My girls and I took an Uber to the salon that cost me $20. We walked into the salon and the girl behind the counter said we were only booked for ONE pedicure!!!!! Instead of trying to accommodate , she just said there was no way they could do three and could only do one. So my special time with my girls was ruined. As a very busy family we have little quality time together and I just couldn’t have been more disappointed. I wasn’t going to chose only one of us to get a pedicure, so we had to leave and take ANOTHER $20 Uber to get back to where we are staying.

I had a great experience at Polished. Jessica was my technician and she did a wonderful job. They offer dazzle dry polish in a variety of colors. I'll be back again.

Tonya is the best neighbor to us (Studio Gabriel Salon & Spa)!! Our waterline broke outside and we had lots of clients and not a drop of water. Tonya invited us to use her sinks to shampoo our clients so we wouldn’t have to cancel their appointments. We are very grateful to Tonya and her awesome staff!!xoxo Chris
