I called to get shipping information. The guy that answered was very rude. When I called back to complain, I found out they were under new ownership. The previous owner Marc and his employees were always professional and courteous to his clients. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Wow! I didn't realize amazing service still existed until today. My wife is Canadian and was in Vero Beach visiting her Dad and she received a date next month to have a surgery back in Canada but had to get signed documents back to Canada right away. But, she couldn't get to Postcal Connections until after 5:00. However, a very nice young man named Zach who clearly cared how important this was, said he would stay until it safely got out. I spoke to Jim his supervisor about what a great Zach was doing over there and Jim was terrific as well. Not to mention the fact that it was so much cheaper to send through them then directly with UPS or Fedex. So, many places say "There's nothing we can do" and this place says "We'll make sure we do it" We are very grateful to them.

I stopped by for the first time today because they were thankfully the only shipping location open extended hours right now. I was able to email my shipping labels ahead of time so they could print and attach them for me which was a nice convenience. I had an extra item without a box that they were able to quickly package for me as well. I expected to have a long wait due to it being Christmas week, however, I was in and out in no time. I would recommend Postal Connections to others in the future

These folks helped me ship some personally precious family items. They walked me through all the options and prices thoroughly and fairly. The packing was secure, and everything arrived on-time as scheduled (unlike the item I sent through USPS "overnight express"). Zachary was especially helpful and pleasant!

Marc and his team packed and shipped a very rare Mid Century floor lamp from Florida across the country for us. Communication was professional, friendly, and consistent. The packing job was WORLD CLASS with strong, clean boxes, plenty of foam peanuts and heavy bubble wrap. Each fragile (irreplaceable) glass piece was securely wrapped and packed in its own BOMBPROOF PACKING. Highly recommend this team for fragile and delicate items!
