“I hired this store in Vero Beach to pick up an 80 pound printer and palletize it. Their price was so good, I felt guilty and paid them extra. I dealt with Nicolas and he packed the machine so well, I thought the manufacturer did it. Top notch.”

“Super helpful actually.
Gentleman named JD didn't have to but he explained that I picked the wrong choice from Amazon which made me print a label and provide box.
He explained that is how they get you. I canceled my return and opted to return to store but with different option. Something like package and label already provided. So just keep your packaging and return that way. No cost.
Both options say free for shipping but one requires box and label and the other one uses the existing Amazon box and label.
Amazon seems to make it difficult on purpose.
