Terrible customer service!! Ordered hardie plank to be delivered. Even though there was enough out of the Vero store the order was transferred and attempted to be delivered out of the ft pierce store. The delivery driver could not deliver for what ever reasons. Had to contact customer service to reschedule the delivery which couldn't be done for another week. Decided to pick up the order had trouble with customer service, customer service literally without looking into or asking assumed the order was placed in ft pierce and did-regarded me completely and insisted that I must now deal with ft pierce . We live in Vero. Had to get a manager who seen where the order was attempted and kept reiterating this statement like because they attempted it was my fault I was there. We currently under construction and not able to live here.

If you're young, and you have tattoos... be careful.. an employee might accuse you of stealing. I went in about a month ago, to purchase some items for my new home, and one item being a very large area rug. I went to a register but had to go around to a different one, which was by the door.. I wasn't going anywhere in the direction of the door, before and employee named Gina I believe her name was... stopped me and stopped my cart and asked me if I paid for this item with such force and a very disgusting look on her face, and I said I'm following someone to a different register to pay for my items and I got an "oh". Not even a single apology. She thought I was about to walk out the door. Overheard her say to someone "can't trust these kids anymore". I'm also not a child... I'm a 30 year old woman. I will from now on drive to Sebastian Home Depot. At least the staff there is friendly and doesn't try to accuse you of stealing.

Wow. They didn't tell me I would have zero control over the delivery window even if I changed the date. I have controlled access gate and they are insisting on coming before the hours allowed at huge inconvenience to me. I was told the deliveries are computer generated and cannot be altered. Really terrible service.

Granite installers mounted sink crooked and when they came out to address they stated it couldn't be fixed. They suggested new slab of granite which I said no due to loss of money from work and the removing of backsplash. Home depot never tried to fix as they must not communicate with installers.

2 stars just because the staff member who tried to help me check out was awesome. Forgot my card and tried to pay with Apple Pay. Unfortunately I wasted an hour of my life I'll never get back because they don't have Apple Pay or accept digital cards. What era is Home Depot living in?

I bought a plant that I had never heard of but thought was cool. The lady, Ms.Kat that worked there was so very knowledgeable and patience with me and my many,many questions. Would absolutely recommend Home Depot for plant needs

Do not purchase a Generac Generator from Home Depot and use their installers! They subcontract out to Cantor Systems, who then hires a local electrician. There was ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP throughout the entire process. We had to manage every single aspect of the install. Cantor Systems is just a company who has found a way to suck off of Home Depot. Customer Service is non existent with all three of these companies. You over pay and they under deliver to the extreme! Stick with local companies with solid reputations. Also, you save no $ by going to Home Depot. Five thumbs down on all three companies.

This morning Sunday I went to Home Depot to make some returns after all my $30k rehab was over . What an issue ! After 1 and half hour a manager came up Kristy Bilyeu . She was very rude . I did not get my refund . I won't shop at this store anymore and will go to Loews , they are more friendly . I lost my time and it's terrible to have lost 2 hours . This manager does not deserve to work at the customers service .

Came to pick up my online order, should have been a no brained. Coming into the store there is not a shopping cart anywhere to be seen, oh certainly they are just inside the door...WRONG... NONE! Went to Customer Service "Order Pickup" after waiting about 20 minutes it is my turn and the clerk who never even looked at me nor even "Good Afternoon May I help you" NO! She while still not looking at me says "What are you here for"? I tell her I am there to pick up my order and she responds you belong down there and starts walking to the other end, I get there and she begins to tell me the computers (where she sent me) are not working so they have to work up there (where I was in the first place) and walks away! Finally one of the clerks up where I started tell me to come over there. I tell her I am there to pick up my order but I will need a shopping cart and there are none. Not before you come in and none after you come in. She says I know we have been really busy all day. She walks away and comes back with my box with 8 quarts o cleaning supplies, slides the box over to me and again I say there are no carts, she then informs me they are outside in the parking lot because they aren't allowed to have them by the store! I pick up this very heavy box, carry it outside thinking certainly there would be a cart but not one! Come back inside ask for a store manager, she tells me he is busy, I say I don't care, page him, he is in some kind of meeting blah blah blah! IDC page him finally she says the assistant manager will be right over his name is Shawn. I stand there another 10 - 15 minutes, nothing! I carried this box to my car myself! Enough is enough! Having 3 herniated disc I am now paying the price which makes me even angrier because I should have just left the order sit but it was paid for and I was told I would have to carry it over to returns 3 people already in line there just how am I supposed to do this! I couldn't I just had to suck it up and get it to my car myself! I did not purchase any of the other items I intended to buy... Home Depot your loss but fact is I will suffer for weeks over the rude, shortsighted staff at this store! I am actually shocked they even have 3 stars certainly don't deserve it! Save the grief go across 60 to Lowe's!

We bought a refrigerator, stove and over the range microwave at the South Gate Home Depot in Boston Massachusetts. You may be asking why I am writing a review for the Vero Beach store. Why? It's the expediter at the Vero Beach store that set everything right. We paid for haul away which wasn't done and the mic came damaged. We would have not been pressured to get things straightened out quickly if we weren't putting the property on the market for sale and had a deadline to meet. After numerous unanswered phone calls and hours on hold with the Boston store we finally called the Vero Beach store for help. Not only did Pete help, the haul away was done the next morning and the microwave delivered. Boy are we glad we live in Vero!
