Called the Pharmacy prior to going to make sure a prescription was ready and was told it would be ready to pick up in an hour. However, upon arriving I was told it wasn’t filled and to contact the doctor prescribed. It would’ve been nice to be notified instead of having to drive all the way there for nothing.

Years ago I used to take my prescriptions to CVS but they're SO busy I couldn't handle it. Ryanwood Publix is my neighborhood grocery store and I love the fact that it's small and still has that old-fashioned feel of how things used to be around this town. I'm blown away by people's awful reviews but it doesn't surprise me because sometimes people get kind of cranky over their "meds" if you know what I'm saying. I've never had but maybe one mildly rude experience with a man pharmacist but I spoke to him and he apologized. After approximately 8 or 9 years with this pharmacy, I have to say they're really a great group of usually young ladies. They'll typically go out of their way to find a discount if your insurance doesn't cover it as well and will even call you if they get something figured out that you've been waiting on. The more impatient you are with pharmacies, they can feel that and have the right to not fill anything if they desire. That's for you people complaining.

They do not represent the Publix I used to know that valued all their customers and treated ALL people with respect and courtesy. They overcharge and do not treat ALL people equally and fairly. History has many grievances but blaming EVERYONE NOW will not make it right. Doing the RIGHT things NOW, for ALL people, is the only way to go forward ! Will not use this Publix pharmacy again.

Yes, this pharmacy is not run as well as last year. Must be someone new. I need my prescription and they don't seem to care It is too bad.

The service and automatic refills has gone down tremendously. I went for the third day in a row earlier to pick up a script that should have been automatically refilled three weeks ago, ordered in on Saturday and still not ready. Since the original pharmacists left approximately just over a year ago, the pharmacy is terrible. I get notifications of refills, go there and not refilled so why am I getting notifications of refills plus refills on meds that I don't need. My meds are ordered in 90 day scripts but yet I have to order something because I am down to one pill and no automatic refill. I suggest Publix Pharmacies get their act together and fix their automatic system...Went in the last three days for an order that I did manually on Saturday and said it would be ready Sunday, well not done as of Tuesday afternoon. The clerk asked if I had shopping to do, I said no, I have someone waiting in the car for me. No reason for this incompetence. 90 minutes later I get a text it is ready, well will pick it up tomorrow and want to talk to the manager of the pharmacy who is never there. This pharmacy used to be great.

We had an excellent experience celebrating Saint Patrick's Day 2021. A pick up for a delicious Corn Beef and Cabbage. Also, accompanied by Seasoned Potato Wedges. Since, I am not able to consume Gluten I gladly passed these to my hub. No tasty food is wasted by him:-) He was born a Super Foodie. When it comes to Holiday food if unable to cook it or visit a restaurant. We call the Publix Deli and make arrangements from an array of platters for parties. Holiday Food they get it done. *** We were in a vehicle accident on Christmas Eve 2020(A Grand Finally): To a terrible year we all want and hope to make it a thing of the past. Leave it in the History Books of our planet. A special and grateful "Heartfelt Thank You. To Patrice, Deli Clerk" for her friendly and kind attention with the packaging of our Traditional Saint Patrick's Amazing meal. With only a 20 minute notice. *** A Special Humble Note Of Gratitude. So far it's been mostly for me over 3 Months of bed rest. I was the passenger in our SUV we were struck by a truck on my side. Broken Pelvis, etc. lots of Phy Therapy. With good Med care, TLC from family, friends, our neighbors. And, being Blessed With The Magnificent Yelp community:-)) Support from businesses in our community. Delivering, etc. including Publix. I've gone from wheelchair to a cane on/off. WHY AM I SHARING WITH YOU? Don't give up hope. Know You Are Not Alone Even Thru My Hard Dark Days. Call a business in your community. Ask questions about a product. Send a YELPER a message. Many support numbers available. FAITH WILL CARRY US THRU. Stay STRONG:-)) Still MASK UP & GEL UP. Went to Ryan wood Publix Sunday Dec.27, went to the deli around 10:45 am.I noticed about 5 people waiting 20 minutes later the same people had still not been waited on.The man standing near me had been there,longer than me ,number 52 most of the customers gave up some left their baskets.I asked the young man working there if he was going to wait on anyone.He said not until all call in orders had been done,not his rule ,but he had to listen to his supervisor.As soon as I said I was going to customer service the supervisor came running out of the back and started waiting on people. Numbers53,54,55, had left upset.Look at you store videotape! What a way to run a business,let people pile up waiting to get cheese and meats,and you want people to social distance !

WHAT THEY SAY....AND WHAT THEY DO....ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS IN FLORIDA. I saw this in action yesterday at a Publix in Vero Beach. It ain't a happening like they say. I was at the Publix last night on 43rd and Oslo Rd, and two customers had no masks on and their were no managers enforcing any rules. I asked to speak to the female evening manager and wanted the CEO (Todd's) email to write about this . She said she'd get it but never did. When I pointed out one of the customers who was not wearing a mask, the female manager, took no action and did nothing about it. I have a "suppressed immune" system and if people have COVID and are not wearing masks---I CAN DIE. This is unacceptable behavior from PUBLIX and THEIR MANAGERS.

From the exasperated woman at the entrance who was annoyed that I asked for a sanitized cart, to the deli clerk who dropped my order on the floor, laughed and then handed it to me, to the customer service associate who allowed people to walk in front of me in line and then proceeded to wait on them, the masses of people trying to navigate the crowded middle of the store, to the cashier who ignored me so she could chat with another employee- this whole stop was far from the pleasure that EVERY OTHER Publix is to shop at.

I have been ordering a birthday cake from This publix for years. We picked it up yesterday and they didn't even bother writing happy birthday like we asked. It had no color like we asked for and four tiny flowers that she said was a 6 dollar up charge. The cake itself was tasteless and dry. We always ask for custard and pineapple to be added in each layer and it wasn't. It was all buttercream. It tasted like it was made the week before when it was ordered. It was cracked and not even baked evenly. Never again

After recovering from an illness, Publix Ryanwood delivered my exact groceries when I wasn’t up to shopping yet. Everything was perfect, Stephen was very professional and it was a fantastic experience. Thank you so much for this service, I didn’t have to depend on anyone.
