I have used this pharmacy for years! Loved them! THEN they got 2 new pharmacists and all new people. The young kids are rude, like we are bothering them and the new male pharmacist is awful! They have messed up my medication orders twice in the last 4 months! Really?!?! I’ve been taking the same meds they messed up for 16 years! Please Publix bring back the hard working, caring, kind, professional staff like Kim, Jay, Tiffany and Marco! They were not only amazing to everyone and went above and beyond for everyone, they were also KIND and filled orders correctly! Guess I’ll start doing mail order scripts bc these people are awful! Guess if we ALL started using mail order scripts they wouldn’t have jobs!

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Don't trust them! Go to the Walgreens or CVS across the street...go anywhere else other than here to fill your Rx. They don't care and they are incredibly inefficient, rude and dishonest! They confirmed via telephone, that they had plenty of a drug we desperately needed. When we got there an hour and a half after calling, the girl behind the cash register said they were out of the drug, that she had filled many orders that day for it, and they had run out. In fact, she argued with us saying we called longer than an hour and a half ago and they had run out in the meantime after she told us they had 'plenty available'. When we asked how she ran out so quickly, a pharmacist took over and corrected the lie.. She said the other girl had been looking in the wrong place when she confirmed they indeed had the much needed drug. I understand mistakes can happen, but transparency and honesty, especially in a medical situation, is NOT acceptable. AN APOLOGY would have been appropriate, not a dishonest push back. How about taking responsibility for the mistake instead?! Also, while the other girl was searching to see if they indeed had the drug, the girl that said they ran out of it, loudly said 'NEXT', as we were patiently waiting for their answer. Don't go there. They are rude and uncaring. We went to Walgreen across the street and they were professional, efficient and friendly. We should have gone there in the first place. It's a grocery store. NOT a pharmacy.

Custom birthday cake!!! I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was THE BEST birthday cake I have ever enjoyed tasting. Absolutely delicious! The baker must have had angelic powers! Okay. This is what I ordered: an 8-inch cake composed of both chocolate and vanilla layers (4), raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting, with yellow and purple roses on top! 8 really generous slices, or 12 ladylike potions. I requested that it be placed in their freezer for me to pick up a few hours later (limited room in mine). Ordered one day before. It was worth every penny of the $27 dollars! I would recommend Publix Harbor Point for a cake anytime! They are fantastic and on-point in the bakery AND delicious. The staff in the sub/sandwich area are also the best! So lucky to have this place just 2 miles from me. Stop also at UPS STORE, Brooklyn Bagels, Dominos, Davila's, Publix drive-through pharmacy. So convenient to Grand Harbor w/o hassle of Miacle Mile.
