Exceptionally poor quality. I purchased two Greenwise strip steaks at the 53rd Street Vero Beach location today and they were disgusting. No flavor and extremely tough. Their quality has dropped drastically. Advice either shop online for high quality grass fed meat or your local farmer

I get a text saying it's time to renew my medicine. I renew it with the link they send, it thanks me and says it'll be ready in 2 days. I go 4 days later, wait in a long line, then finally when it's my turn the pharmacy rep tells me my prescription has expired! Why didn't it say that when I renewed it? Pharmacy rep says shes sorry. Seems very very unorganized!!

3 times to correct the spelling on a custom birthday cake is unacceptable. And when the staff treats you like you are inconveniencing them it's a problem!!!! Also, it's ok to apologize for YOUR mistake. Do better people. Do better Publix!

Tried to refill a prescription over the phone. Pharmacist never answered. Called back several times. They kept deliberately hanging up on me before I could speak. I understand they may have been busy, but this was totally rude.

The pharmacist Matthew Bauman is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and personable. He always takes time to answer all of my questions and it really seems like he cares about the people he helps. I’m very happy we have him at our Publix.

The Publix pharmacy at Southpointe in Vero Beach used to be a good pharmacy to deal with. In the past six months it has become terrible. The one tech needs to be retrained in customer service. I understand they are short staffed and busy but being rude and lying to customers is unacceptable. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Baileys Pharmacy. The phone at Bailey’s, was answered promptly, the tech listened to me and my prescription was ready in 20 mins, that I had been waiting 3 days for Publix to complete.

High staff turn overAlways an issue with prescriptions being ready even after getting confirmed text messages that they’re ready to be picked up.One shift doesn’t communicate to the next or notate account. If account actually is notated I have to have them ready the note every single time otherwise it’s completely overlooked and ignored. This specific pharmacy isn’t any better than the horrible cvs pharmacy on kings Hgwy.

I just wanna give a shout out to the awesome ladies in the bakery department. I called and placed an order for two dozen cupcakes for my sons birthday. When I showed up to pick up my order, they had no idea who I was or what I had ordered so one of the ladies said she would go ahead and make the cupcakes and give them to me at a discounted rate. Not only did she decorate the cupcakes quickly, she did an amazing job as well. After she was done, she brought me the cupcakes & they gave them to me for free!! Once again Publix goes above & beyond!! Thank you ladies & thank you Publix!!

Sadly there was no attempt to encourage masks. At least 8 people without masks in the 30 minutes I was there. No attempts to offer them a mask or ask them to mask up. Spoke to two employees who basically said people won’t comply so there was nothing they can do.

We were in Publix this morning, getting our ‘flu shots. We saw at least a half dozen people wandering the store without masks on. My husband asked the Publix Store Manager about Publix mask policy. The manager told him that Publix will not refuse entry to anyone who is not wearing a mask, nor will they ask anyone without a mask to leave the store. I am extremely disappointed in Publix lack of concern for their customers in not requiring masks. Science shows masks prevent the spread of disease and work best when everyone wears them. Publix, shame on you!
