Deli is consistently a letdown. Most recently ordered an online sub order for 6:30. I got there and it was wrong and waited in a one person line for 15 minutes for it to be fixed. Yes. The line was moving at a rate of one person per 15 minutes. Again though, I try to avoid the deli at all cost. That’s why I went for the online order. Still a let down. On the bright side, plenty of time for this review. At what point does a manger come by and support their obviously struggling employees?

I believe this is the most well stocked Publix in the area. More varieties and selection. Everything is standard Publix, just a little more of it. And who doesn't love Publix?! Always polite and helpful. And a recent plus. I saw a post stating Publix does not sell produce covered with Apeel ( the new toxic unremarkable produce preserver). I've switched from Walkyworld. Yes, Publix is higher and sometimes for the same exact thing. But for me the promise of no Apeel is a deal breaker. This is a clean well lit store with an abundance of helpful employees. Located in a busy strip mall so parking can be a challenge. Personally, I appreciate that they always have a working handicap cart available.

Amazing deli platters for parties! No cooking! Easy cleanup! Their pizza rolls platter, turkey and ham roll-up platter, chicken tender platter, shrimp platter, surimi platter, popcorn chicken platter, and of course the veggie & fruit platters are all amazing!

This publix store is exceptionally clean. The employees are very courteous and friendly. The store is well stocked with all types of food items and if you do not see an item that you want, talk to customer service and they will specially order it for you, if you are a BoarsHead fan, you are in luck, as Publix is the only major food supermarket that sells this delicious food product.

I have been shopping at this publix for a very long time. Today, I observed two occurrences that we were curious to know if management had changed. Generally employees attitude reflect their management. The 1st was in deli where a customer ordered wedges, and an associate in deli literally threw everything in that container into the bag for the customer , the dust the burnt all to the annoyance of the customer.The 2nd, is while I was in line waiting to check out. An associate of Asian descent with a headband who was packing the bags was rude to a customer. She obviously packed items the customer didn't want together. It was a large container of fruits. The customer removed it and placed it in a separate bag
The associate walked away, said to the other packer over the next checkout, "Do you know how to pack bags, pack her stuff" I have never seen that type of behavior at a publix before. I thought the lady was going to go off, but she just walked away, looking really mad. That not they type of behavior associates should have. Many times, I buy my groceries, and the associates just throw the things in any bag. The customer did nothing to warrant that attitude from the associate. She said nothing but I will, that behavior should never repeat itself.
