Unfortunately, Q-Nails & Co. is not the way is was a few years ago: they now take walk-ins; on my appt day I found out my usual tech was no longer there-- no advance notice given, no choice as to who would do my mani which is unprofessional and also tells me they need the money. The drill to remove old polish was pressed down very hard and gone over several times; an emory board was used to file the sides of nails over and over. When I got home, I saw there was crusted powder and dried polish under my nails/all over my cuticles. A few of my nails were uneven and had to be filed. It is clear the tech was not skilled and lacked attention to detail. I'll try one one other techs before I call it quits. So disappointed.

I don't usually spend money on manicures or pedicures. But then I was going for a job interview and decided to splurge on a pedicure and dip for my nails. I chose Q-Nails because they had good reviews and were close to home. The first thing to know is that they are not a walk-in salon and while it felt inconvenient in the moment, when I arrived for my appointment, it quickly became clear why this is so. Q-Nails is a top-notch salon; they don't rush their clients through appointment and each client gets quality service. Tyler gave me a great pedicure and did an outstanding job on my nails. I look forward to going back again and again.

I received a pedicure. Haven't had one in a very long time. I ended up getting a spa package whatever that meant had no idea what it was. It was expensive for that price for that package was it expecting it to be that much. In the ending result my legs at the end of it or Raw red and I was allergic to whatever this ball package was. I ended up having to go to my doctor to get a cream to try to reverse the side effects of the so-called Spa package. I will never go here ever again.

This place is the bomb! Great customer service, very polite, remembers your name. It’s by appointment only, they give you quality care. All of the technicians are good.

I started going to Q Nails right after Covid when it was owned by David and Andy. While I was happy for them when they chose to sell the salon, I was concerned that the new owners would not be as good as they were.
My concerns had no merit. Michelle has been doing my gel manicures and pedicures for over a year and I couldn’t be happier. She is talented and takes pride in both the prep of the nails and the polish application. I also appreciate that she runs on time and is accommodating when scheduling appointments.

Came for a pedicure for the first time with only 15 min notice. I appreciate the warm welcome and Lilly gave me a fantastic pedi with the most expert massage. The soothing music was so relaxing. I will surely be back and highly recommend this lovely salon.

First time here and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Nice shop, clean and roomy. My toes were hurting and Leon fixed them right up! Definitely coming back!

Amazing manicure and pedicure by Michelle, who did such a fantastic job at reviving my nails. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and a pleasure to talk to. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is very clean and comfortable. Really happy with this experience and thrilled to have found a reliably amazing salon in Vero!

Recently moved to Vero BeachWent to another nail salon before I discovered Q Nails..very clean salon and friendly staff...manicure and pedicure are the best...DEFINITELY my nail salon from now on...I highly recommend it!
