None of the phone numbers work for any location in town. Phone disconnects or else says it is not working. Website says they are open. It is Fri AM at 11 AM. All I want is a fax number...not on website. Very frustrating place!

Ms. Mimi is truly a godsend! She went above and beyond and then even further than that to help me while I was there with my 3 young kids. She was so patient and my 5-year-old said it didn’t hurt at all when she drew his blood and she made him laugh through it. Such a true delight and wonderful person!

I've been coming to this Quest location for almost 5 Years. My experience here has been very good. They are friendly, professional. And, most important follow CDC Protocol. I reserve my appointment on line. Get reminder confirmation/s. May I suggest, printing your confirmation at home, if possible. May help at Check-In "For the Just in case". I generally get my results within 24hrs. The Phlebotomy Lab Techs are gentle. Another:-()))) May I Suggest. Feel free to ask the Lab Tech for confirmation of what Blood Test or Other Testing will be getting done. I confirm the Dr/Drs info getting the tests results. So far, A+ A+A+

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant about using this facility, but they're so close to my home I decided to use them anyway. I'm glad I did. The appointment process is easy. Make an account, schedule your appt and show up. They sent a text to me so I didn't even need to check in. The technician was friendly and funny. I could hear other people laughing so this is not a hostile place as some indicated. The blood drawing was completely pain free. Highly recommend!

Completely unsatisfactory customer support... Impossible to reach, hold times are forever. Chat bot is useless. if you're lucky to get customer support and request results by email, they sent you an encrypted email, which is easy to link to get the medical records attached to that encrypted email do not open. I will never use Quest again.

They suck, don't flow through with insurance, want money up front, very aggressive, don't follow apps schedules. Should be put out of order.

Excellent service! I what they call a "hard stick" The two women that help me were very gentle and didn't excellent job. They calmed my nerves and only poked me once!

I wish I could give zero starts. The monitors they put for you to check in are so low, and you need to bend your knees or squat to check in. It's looks like they made it for children. They used to show your name on the line on the screen, but tv is off, I asked them, and they said just wait. There is no one to help for elderly people here. While I'm waiting, I help 6 people to check in. Some elderly people get unpatient and try to ask them questions when they open to the door to take people in. They're getting aggressive and telling people to sit down and wait. They're so rude and unhelpful. All Quests turned to no receptionist policy, I think. It's fine for me, but it's so hard for people who can't read or have health problems to bend down and try to use the kiosk screen.

Horrible customer service. Simply trying to call to confirm location for an appointment. No one answers the phone at any of the three Vero Beach locations. Computerized "chat" help online provides "answers" totally unrelated to your question. Appointment page doesn't correspond with the instruction chat provides for how to use it. My appointment doesn't show up on the appointment page. Every opportunity for Quest to provide adequate service they instead provide terrible service. This does not inspire faith in them providing reliable results for critical medical tests. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Cierra took my blood and was fantastic! I'm a nervous nelly when getting blood drawn. She kept me calm and talked to me the entire time and that really helped me. Thank you Cierra.

Made appointment in advanced, showed up to appointment a little early. Person in front of me took forever figuring out the kiosk.When I enter my info it kept having me scan my I.D., when I hit the (?) It finalized the info and said I was number 104.An HOUR after my scheduled time I asked an employee how much longer and told her I had an appointment, she asked if I had my conformation code from a week ago.I did not but said I did check in, she checked the appointments and said I hit the button on the Kiosk and I didn't check in, I explained what I did and it gave me a number. She then said I'd have to re check in and wait.Which I explained I had an appointment time and I was not rechecking in again.AFTER AN Hour past my schedules appointment time I was seen.Read the reviews, the kiosk is terrible, the employees are rude, Management and corporate doesn't care.Their in lobby viedoes show them wiping down chairs after patients in the lobby and the draw room, I was there and hour not once did anyone wipe down a chair or did they sanitize the draw chair.Terrible company.
