We were here on Business/Vacation and my husband needed a new pair of shoes 👟, I google the closest Rack Room and came across this outlet mall. I grabbed his size and the nice sales associate said I needed to find something either in clearance or a shoe with the 1/2BOGO, so glad she did because I grabbed me an extra pair of CROCS for $20

Very nice people we found some good blocks for my husband , they signed us up for discounts on emails and his veterans discount on Tuesday. They are holding her shoes. They are awesome to do that.

My husband, myself and our two sons went into this store last night for the first time and there were signs in the window and everywhere that said buy one pair of shoes and get a second pair half off. We were in there for about a half hour and were never greeted but we were eyeballed by at least one employee and we finally get to the register and the cashier basically acted like she didn't know what was going on and said are you returning anything and right in front of her set two brand new pairs of Nikes when we were JUST in the store for about a half hour trying on shoes with our sons and I said these are buy one pair and get the second pair half off correct? Because there are signs all over the place saying just that and both pairs we wanted to purchase were Nikes for youths and she said unfortunately these shoes do not qualify for that sale and I said well we don't want them because the whole point was to get a pair and then get a second pair half off and quite frankly I think they are way overpriced, I would highly suggest going to a store like Bealls Outlet or Burlington or Ross and getting shoes of name brand for a third of the price! Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part or something but just felt very uncomfortable in there and everything was nice and clean and stacked up neatly but way overpriced and not good customer service, when I walked in I walked past the Crocs and I was absolutely appalled that they wanted $56 for a pair of name-brand Crocs but to each their own I guess. I really don't like to write bad reviews but when your children are spending a half hour and getting their hopes up for a new pair of shoes and you're riding around this outlet mall and all the stores are closed before 6:00 p.m. on a Thursday except this store and every damn store had a sign in the window saying Big Sales for the New Year, it was just disappointing. But we promised our boys we will get them a brand new pair of Nikes and it's just going to have to be somewhere else.
