Below average job. The Asian woman was distracted and attending to customers who were walking in while she was doing my nails. I get that Sue had to do that, but I noticed the terrible job she was doing on my fills .I didn’t mention it bc I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It took 1.5 hours, although I was only getting simple fills which normally take about an hour. She just Leo screwing up. Even though my nails needed a lot more tending to, I rushed out before she could do more damage. My nails were not properly done. I believe she is the senior tech there as of November 2024. Never ever again.

The worse powdered nail job I have ever had. As the technician filed the sides of nails to smooth powder she also filed the skin off the sides of my fingers. Today is day 5 since I visited their salon and still using Neosporin to try and heal the open cuts. I heard most of their personnel left to work at another Regal, the shop was in total confusion.
After I posted mt review above I received a message from the nail salon, guess who I was supposed to speak to? …. the woman who did the terrible job! I would not let her touch my nails again. It has almost been two weeks since she applied the powder, and filed my skin on each nail! I have used Neosporin EVERY DAY to the skin. Lesson learned do not go to the newly appointed manager of Regal Nails. Difficult to believe with all the good nail technicians she would be promoted to manager.

I will never come back again. I paid $70 for a pedicure and a gel manicure that lasted 5 days, but the worst thing is that when I removed all the paint my fingernails and toenails were sick. Apparently the hygiene is terrible and the instruments they use are not properly clean. A young Chinese man attended to me.

Moved into area, I showed the Picture to the Technician she said Yes I can do !!!!! No problem,, REGAL NAILS ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY SPOKE THERE LANGUAGE AND LAUGHED, WENT WITH ANOTHER PERSON HER NAILS FELL OFF IN 4 days but she paid $85.00 !! OMG HORRIBLE AND MINE BROKE OFF SAME DAY!!! Pls do not go!
