Very professional staff , modern equipment , reasonable rates and a very convenient location . I would surely recommend this place to anyone of any ability and any age to improve their well being .

I was new to Pilates but after 3 years in Christine’s classes, I am stronger, more flexible, and more stable. I feel like I stopped the “aging” clock! Star Pilates is friendly, welcoming, impeccably clean, and a fun place!

Professional and caring … had been missing Pilates since I moved from NY to Florida… with the caring instruction from Gini and Christine … I am back in the swing of it…. Found my happy place! Thank you ladies!
