Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Great service when you spend money, however, don't question or criticize or expect them to stand by their products or you will face 2 women worse than the most ferocious dog you've ever come up against. So intimidating, considered calling police for protection. It's really a shame.

I purchased a glider ($990) on 10/01/21. Recently the plastic protector on the bottom metal bar that rests on the floor broke in half. I have made multiple calls to see about warranty or if anything can be done No answers. No return calls Poor service esp for that cost. Addendum : The owners flatly refuse to replace the broken part promised to me UNTIL I remove this review. That’s not going to happen !! Negative experience !!!!

We bought second home in Vero Beach we came up to furnish the house. We needed in stock furniture that could be delivered fast. Not only did we find everything we were looking for the staff at Sandy’s were so helpful and made sure we got our furniture. They are family owned and have been in the same location since 1969 I found that very inspiring we need to support more family owned businesses. Great experience!

Very very disappointed in the customer service offered to me. I had called regarding an issue I was having with some wicker chairs that I had purchased several years ago and thought were covered under my warranty. Much to my surprise everything on the chair was covered except for the wicker. How could that be? To me if you purchase a warranty, issues such as damage to the wicker should be covered. However the service that Sandy’s offered me was unsatisfactory. They suggested I go and buy paint touchup to cover the peeling wicker. When I asked where I Could buy such a thing the answer was wherever. Not the answer I was looking for and certainly not one to help my dilemma. It seemed like they just didn’t want anything to do with helping me. All I was looking for with some answers and some help. I would never go back to that store again

I have similar complaints as prior reviews - HORRIBLE customer service. Sandy's doesn't stand by their word/contracts and, worse, insults customers to their face. We really liked a reclining couch at Sandy's and they gave us a "holiday discount of 10%" for a couch, chair and pillow we were looking at. The very next day, after talking to them on the phone and mentioning we didn't want the chair or pillow, we came to pay for the couch. We were told the discount no longer applied - because on THEIR copy of the invoice it stated it was a package deal (handwritten on their contract copy, not at all on ours). At no point did they ever mention a package deal to us, yet essentially called us liars about this fact. Desperate for a couch because we had looked at countless stores prior to this, I still said I would buy it when we had agreed to apply the 10% to a future purchase within 45 days. No purchase within 45 days, no discount. Seemed fair. However, they then called the owner who reneged on that arrangement as well and said the 10% was only applicable for 2 days. We were leaving town the next day, so that discount then became meaningless. We STILL said ok and were ready to buy the couch. While paying, I actually apologized to the salesperson for all the back and forth and she said to me "Well, this is why we don't like out of staters. Y'all come in here and buy your houses and expect we owe you something". I have NEVER had such disrespect from a salesperson but STILL bit my tongue because I was desperate for a couch. Paid for it and walked out. Later that day I realized there was no warranty on the invoice shown and I called up to question about it, given this was a reclining couch. After 10 minutes of back/forth and runaround and the inability to produce a manufacturer warranty, I hung up with the promise of a future call from the salesperson. In addition to this promise I was told "we get nervous when customers ask for warranties before they purchase the product".....WHAT?! I was just asking for a manufacturer warranty so I'm not sure how that was unreasonable. The issue with the call in a few days from the salesperson was that it would be the day of delivery - too late to cancel if there was no warranty. After thinking about it further, I called back and canceled the order. That was about the only thing that went smoothly (other than me having to call back because they were clearly ignoring my call).Buyer beware - this company DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.PS - I found the same couch, online, for $1,000 less. So poor customer service , and they are grossly overpriced.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Sales staff and delivery were amazing and got us a beautiful couch and delivered the same day. So grateful for Sandy's furniture. They even came out when we had a question about the reclining mechanism and solved the issue same day. Excellent experience, we will be back.

After purchasing a new bed and mattress, I attempted to return what was described as a firm mattress. It absolutely is NOT! Poor construction and terrible to sleep on if you like a firm mattress. After calling MANY mattress companies I found what I knew from my past purchases that they ALL had a 30-120 day trial period. Sandy's would not refund any money for this awful mattress. Now I am out the several hundred dollars and have to buy a new mattress. I will say that we appreciate the bed and the delivery service. It is a shame they ruined a future customer with this approach to the mattress. Be WARNED!

Be warned: no trial period for a mattress. They will not take a return if you are unhappy with the feel during sleep after a few days trial. EVERY other mattress company I call had a trial period of 30 to 120 days. What was supposedly a firm mattress was absolutely not...and after 3weeks it already had an indentation where I sleep. Not happy!
