Mall feels relatively modern, but it feels dead. Compared to other malls I've been to the atmosphere is relatively peaceful and there are no crowds. It was clean, but the amount of open stores were limited with many closed/empty stores.

I was doing shopping there 3 weeks ago. Someone stole my purse with documents right in a boutique. I asked manager to check cameras - she said yes. In the end she didn’t. Absolutely useless cameras. No security. Horrible experience

There is nothing in the mall. I only go in their for bath and body works. Well book store. And my grandson likes the arcade. Other than that. They have nothing. They 100% need better stores. They don't care if anyone goes there or not. I'm surprised that there still even open

Empty with no people and lots of empty stores. Movie theatre is pretty good though. Poor selection of stores. The Asian food court restaurant is good but too expensive.

To say this is a pretty run down mall, is an understatement. They have two anchor stores remaining, Dillard's and JC Penny, but the mall itself is pretty empty. Even the sidewalks and entries are dirty and mold is all over the buildings outside. The parking lots all need resurfacing and to be honest this place needs to have its management and owners fired and just plow it under and start over. Total dump not worth going too.

Inside the mall you'll find Rock Of Ages, a music equipment and entertainment clothing store that has some great deals on guitar strings and instruments. Mark, the owner, will assist you in choices if needed. There's a food court that looks interesting but I didn't use it. Maybe next time.

Very clean and peaceful place to shop or browse. Has a lot to offer. This mall does not have certain stores like Hot Topic, FYE or Hollister Co. but has different retailers that Treasure Coast Square doesn’t have. Their food court has few options including Asian and pizza. Firehouse Subs has moved next to Best Buy. Overall a great place to shop and catch a movie.

A bit depressing.Dark dated decor and a lack of shops.Desperately needs an overhaul and attract some big retailers back.Which I'm sure the mall owners are only well aware.Shame.

I came to the mall to go to JC Penneys looking for a pair of shorts. I found what I wanted. As compared to JC Penney Dillard's is much more expensive. If you're looking for computers and electronics, visit Best Buy that has a great selection of items. Following the trend of small stores closing up in malls, many small stores are empty. Yet, because of the chain stores mentioned, it is worthwhile to go to the Indian River Mall.

I've been coming to this mall for 27 years and even back then it really wasn't crowded, but then again Vero has always been a slow paced town. The AMC has always been a cool place to kick it though.

This mall is the definition of depressing. I know we're three years out of Covid and I'm sure this mall was impacted..... but DAMN! Literally store after store of closed down shops and vendors. I think only one place was open for food. Pretty much entire food court was a dark and closed down. I came last weekend to bring my baby niece for a little birthday shopping and it was awkward because she's too young to even know how terrible the mall truly was. They need a TOTAL revamp or just close it down altogether. Space is better suit for a park or some restaurants. I even tried to get my niece's ears pierced at a jewelry kiosk that does piercings, but the lady working there said that she was unable to because she already packed up everything. lol what?! Mind you, this was two hours before closing time. Pretty much that was the attitude for a lot of the stores there. All closing an hour or two before actual closing time. No wonder the place is broke.

Seems so abandoned! Most of the stores are completely gone. Some are closed for the day? Disappointing. You can tell it used to be a nice mall. Should be revitalized.

The only thing good about the Indian River mall was the military store where the veterans volunteer their time to work. They had a great selection of merchandise. From challenge coins to pins for each branch. The gentleman that worked there were very helpful and great to hang out and talk with.
