Schlitt Insurance Services is excellent. Chris DiBenedetto (with the assistance of Marla) is the agent that we have worked with for many years. He is very responsive and has done an excellent job at planning a solid investment strategy with us. We are always included in the decision making process. We trust him without reservation.

Michelle and her team are top notch. I have three properties and feel confident I have the best coverage for my homes. Unfortunately, rates have skyrocketed, but that is not Schlitt's fault and par for the course. I know Michelle and Paula will do their best to find the right coverage with reasonable deductibles.

I received an insurance renewal on my homeowners insurance that was quite High so I began to call around to try to see if I could find something that was more affordable. I called schlitt services and spoke with Shawnee Freearo and she was so professional, understanding, and accommodating. It was just a pleasure to speak with her and work with her. She is going to keep my information and continue to look as new insurance becomes available. I really hope to be able to have my insurance needs handled by Shawnee at her agency.

Excellent company! Bob and Paula always get back to me very fast. They are very thorough and patient, and answer any questions that I have. I contact Paula thru email and she always gets back to me within 24 hours, but she usually gets back to me within the hour!

Excellent customer service! Juliette always picks up her phone; if I get her voicemail she calls right back. She responds to emails promptly and professionally. She is extremely knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

Only a few insurance companies are currently insuring condominiums, and none of the few could offer better coverage or lower rates than Schlitt. We received a renewal letter to renew online very easily, no fuzz!
