Her leadership of employee's shows in her professional, knowledgeable and kind staff. She's a true leader who knows how to run a business. I sent a compliment letter to Corporate CEO as well.

The whole staff in there is wonderful , specially Gretchen who was fantastic to work with! She is beyond kind and nice , professional and knowledgeable, she helped us tremendously , I will always go there because of this experience ! Needed to repaint pool deck. I called on the phone first, and the person was very professional and answered all my questions. I went to the store, and the young lady behind the counter was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. She was quick to mix my paint and provide me with all the necessary rollers, etc. Thank you for the great experience!
