I live out of state and had to visit the Vero Beach Staples several times. I found the staff outstanding. Kim went over above and beyond to help me with my labels and everybody else is just awesome. Sorry, I don’t remember anybody else’s name

I was looking for a quality plastic sheet binder. Staples had exactly what I needed for presentation material (had a few extra pages so I made good use of most of them). Excellent quality, well-packaged, and good-looking final product (binder included insert for cover sheet). Item was white with 24 pages for a total of 48 pages of double-sided printed sheet.

When arriving at Staples on 4/25, it was super busy. People need to stop being rude to their staff. They are working hard and trying to serve their customers as fast as they can!! Be patient! And customers shouldn't be arguing with staff about Amazon returns. Not all Amazon is returned through Amazon. Read your return instructions! Some have to be returned through UPS. Don't stand there and argue while 15 people are standing in line. Geesh!
I want to give you all kudos!! I watched you all hustling to help your customers. I also would like to give a shout out to Teresa for helping me with ipostal!!! I thank you for your help and kindness!

Printing is expensive, about double the cost of Office Depot.
Associated are always disgruntled and have an annoyed attitude.
