I know what their business is and what the pitfalls of retail are. I went in to buy printer paper and plastic cover. There were no issues to get what i came for, but the restroom was blocked off so that customers could not access it. This is a violation of florida law, and it tells every customer how they feel about them. Either they want the restroom to be used exclusively by employees because they dont want to clean up after customers, or they perceive every customer in one of the wealthiest counties in florida to be thieves. Either way, it is a very bad look for a retail chain.

It would be really nice If Staples of Vero Beach hired enough staff to complete jobs when you walked in there to have them done. All I needed was a book bound and they told me it would be a pick up order for two days later. And considering that this is a book that I have to walk in with, and physically hand to them in order to have it bound, there was no way I could place the order online in advance, and then go and pick it up when it was ready. Therefore, I had to stand in line and wait behind other customers just to be told that I couldn’t actually have the work done at that time, and instead I would have to come back a second time to pick it up. Yet they are fulfilling orders for other people at the time that they are placed. The reason given for not being able to do it right then was because of other customers in line. I have used Staples in Fort Pierce several times for binding books and they have it done within 15 minutes, with multiple customers there.This is an issue of logic and common sense, and the reason why I am adding this comment to the review is because of the way the lady at the copy and print counter handled the situation. She literally threw up her hands and said, “well I can’t right now”, as she looked at the line behind me, and also gave me a look as if I was supposed to already realize that she was going to skip over my order and take care of the orders behind me, rather than fulfilling the order of the person in front of her at the counter, and then taking care of the order of the next person, and so on. This is also a management issue, considering that it seemed like they were understaffed to the point of not being able to do what they are supposed to do.

Went in to buy a chair. After finding one i asked an associate why the price was different than the one online and they proceeded to tell me that the offer is over. The card on the chair read that the offer was valid through the 6th of January. When confronted the associate made something up about corporate misprints and told me they will not honor it despite being able to buy it online FROM STAPLES for the shown price. Not sure what their deal was, i will not go back.

I came in for an amazon return and i dk but i dont think staples is ready to take over ups returns. Had to wait 30 minutes just for an employee to acknowledge I was there. I mean i get they are understaff but again it’s their job now to pack and process amazon returns. Anyways, by the time someone came to help me, was just to tell me that I had to go to UPS because my box didn’t fit in their box and they had a strict policy and that if it was fragile they couldn’t take it. No where in amazon states that. 1 star 0 if i could. Will be sending my returns with UPS instead from now on

The worst customer service ever???? today on September 6 I came to take photos of my newborn. People taking photos were extremelly incompetent ( old woman in her 50 ide, red haired lady) and after came Kim. They were taking photos intentionally from wrong angels when for passport photo person must look straight. When I said that I can not accept these photos because they wouldn’t be accepted by goverment they said that that’s it we are not going to take more photos, excuse me?! I drove super far! You take photos from the wrong angle! You want to pay for photos which obviously wouldn’t be accepted. Just horruble ! Arrogant and rude! I can not beleive I was treated like that with newborn baby. These people don’t deserve to work there! Just horrible! Shame on you 3

I used the Staples same-day printing very often and I have always had very positive experiences with their customer service. They’re always very kind and helpful. Helena helped me today and went out of her way for me, and plenty of other customers to make sure we got exactly what we needed, even though she was dealing with a lot. The workers at this Staples are setting a great standard and working with excellence!

Huge shoutout to Jules at the Staples print counter on US1 and 12th Street! I used the printme option but could not get self serve to work for me.(I’m low tech but have used printme before)Jules helped me change the size of the pictures, upgraded the paper and printed them out like a computer ninja!If you need print help, Jules is the guy!!!

Quick and easy to use services. Clean environment. Helpful staff. The more this location updates their technology, the better they get. I use their printing and business services all the time! However, office and school supplies I'll get elsewhere because they can be a bit pricey compared to other places. But everything else is top notch ?
