Rude to disabled customers Tried to shop there but all - both- handicapped parking places were taken by their employees. NEVER stop at a place that is so disrespectful. I should have called the cops.

The quartz counter tops were very nice, they were a little late getting to my home, but they came the day it was scheduled. They did a very good job on the installation.

Absolutely excellent work, the service and all the representatives from sales to installation were professional and prompt. My kitchen counters are so much more than I ever imagined they would be and that is all because of the professional help from Stones of Italy. We will be enjoying this kitchen for years to come.

Diego Johnny Mike and Angelo are professional polite and kind. They spent time with us every time we visited. We have purchased many items so far and will point our friends and neighbors there as well. Marble for all counter tops, bathroom ledges and remnants cut for tables have all turned out to be glorious. Materials were always delivered on time and with care. Installers for counters were friendly and experienced. Lastly, this is the gem in Vero Beach that you need to use for solid surfaces in your home. Quartz quartzite marble and the list goes on are beautiful. Their showroom just got bigger and better and being involved in all the steps was such fun for us.

20 years ago Stones of Italy did my friends house. The kitchen, floors, baths and walls. Everything went marvelous! They even did his two restaurant countertops & flooring here in Vero Beach. Now I had two more houses to do and they did not disappoint. They have had the best prices I could find with a great attitude. They were on time and precise. I recommend this place and no where else. Mike and his 3 sons John, Diego, and Angelo have been great help with all the work.

After much searching and asking everyone we know for a recommendation we found Stones of Italy , a local family owned and operated business. Diego patiently showed us around and discussed the different types of stones and their best uses. We had visited many other stone yards but each entity has a slightly different approach so we are always willing to listen and learn. Once we made our choice we decided to add to our kitchen project and chose more stone for 2 bath vanities, may as well while we are doing it! There was a large remnant of our 2nd choice of material, big enough for both luckily, we grabbed that. Michael arrived on time to measure for the countertops and was personable and very neat. Apparently he is accurate as well, the counters fit perfectly. Michael returned to template for the full backsplash, which took awhile , and nailed that as well. They were a snug but good fit and are beautiful. The installers worked efficiently , both were neat and respectful of us and our property: they showed up late but worked very late to finish our installation on both visits. The original sealer they applied didn't do the job and that was a bit of an issue. After conferencing with Diego and his father Mike we were able to resolve that issue , get a proper sealer and our kitchen is just stunning. Such a transformation from the original Formica ( not our choice!) to beautiful Dolomite counters and backsplash, we just love it. The 2 bathroom vanities were a great addition to our project and did not add as much to the cost as we thought. They both are perfect. All in all, we got a great product at a good price. Fabricated and installed well and in a timely manner. When we had a glitch with the sealant they were willing to work with us to make it right, the sign of honest and fair business practices. We are very satisfied with the price, the quality of the stones, the fabrication , the installation and the final result. Give Stones of Italy a try, you may just find something perfect.

We’ve used Stones of Italy for years and they haven’t let us down. Diego is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have a great selection of stone with something new to look at every time we go in. We have used them for two kitchens and three bathroom counter tops. The installers have been very efficient and good at what they do. We have been very pleased with their craftsmanship and recommend them to friends and family.

We couldn’t be happier with Stones of Italy. We were building our new home and stopped to see their granite. Mike was very patient with us because we aren’t your typical clients. We were looking for something very unusual and we found it!! Everyone that walks in to our house stops in their tracks and says “WOW!”. It is truly breathtaking! We also ended up finding our bathroom counter tops too, which are equally gorgeous.A special thank you to John… You were so easy to work with on how to make the most of our stone and the perfect layout, scheduling, addressing all of our special requests, and your installers were extra careful and very clean, and just so nice. All around a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend Stones of Italy to anyone building or remodeling. Now go and find your perfect stone slab and discover the nicest people, at Stones of Italy!.

BUYERS BEWARE! Stones of Italy and the owner Mike Tropeano attempted to do the ol' BAIT AND SWITCH on me. I contracted with them to install a granite countertop in a small kitchen. They came out and measured my kitchen. I couple of days later, I picked out a granite slab. The invoice cost with materials and installation was $2600. They set up the installation for a month out and I gave them a $500 cash deposit. I called a week before the install to make sure everything was on track, I was assured by Angelo (the salesperson) that everything was good. I went into the store 3 days before the install to double-check on the progress of cutting the slab. I met with Angelo and was told that the installation was not going to happen on the promised date and the price went up an additional $1000! I told him that we had agreed on a price a month before, I had a signed invoice and nothing had changed. Angelo said it didn't matter. He said the new price was $3600! He told me that if I didn't like it, that I should sue him. I finally spoke with the owner, Mike Tropeano, a week later and he said the same thing, $3600 or sue him! I guess that is their standard line when customers don't fall for their scammer price increases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STONES OF ITALY!

We were very happy with our experience. There was a very minor issue that required them to come back, but they returned and corrected the issue in less than five minutes. The stone is beautiful and the installers were very conscientious and spent extra time to make sure we were able to have water when our shut-off valve failed.
