I got the pleasure of meeting Phil and Brianna today as I was getting some things out of storage and needed to go the front desk. They were very polite and helpful. The facility is equally as nice. Gated, secure, clean!

Well it's well maintained my reason for a 3 star review is I've been with this facility about a year and my rent has gone up close to $100 in that time frame and the more shocking part for me is a $50 increase in one month, not even gradual. Not to mention raising rent after a natural disaster when money is already tight for most of the people renting as some have lost groceries and suffered property damage. I wanted to wait until the new year to move storage keeps and not do this during holiday season, but I'm now motivated to try and move to a facility closer to me since they have the same size unit that's climate controlled for 1/3 the price you are charging me. I've had to rent storage keeps in the past and never experienced such a large rent increase as this in such a short period of time. So if you rent from this brand anticipate rent going up after 3 months and again at the year mark.

From the first call, I knew I was going to get outstanding service. The response was welcoming, helpful, positive and friendly. I immediately went round to book a storage unit. The team there made sure I got the best deal and explained everything very clearly. The lease was simple and quick to execute, unlike other storage companies I have used. The unit had easy access and was clean.
Altogether a great experience and I can thoroughly recommend this facility.

Sharon gets all 5 stars. She is wonderful to work with-so knowledgeable about the storage spaces/their capacity. Sharon is always cheerful & helpful. She goes the extra mile when she sees you need a hand or the heavy door opened. We are currently moving storage bins & Sharon has advised us well on the options.
