You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service. I love this Truist and this location only.!! Cindy thanks

SunTrust Bank now TRUIST made a clean transition. As for the bank on 43rd Ave off of Oslo Road is the best bank with an AWESOME staff. They are always friendly and accommodating with a smile 😁 offering to help any way they are able. Maureen always remember my name as I walk in and always greeted right away. She makes me feel special each time. She don't rush the visit and make sure all my needs are taken care of. She makes every issue seem very simple as she solves them. Great Place glad I switched banks. GOD BLESS 🙏🏻

I walk in truist branch on olso rd and 43rd Ave I had to make a payment and to fax some paperwork the cashier behind the counter so I didn't get her name but she was very helpful trying to help me but couldn't figure it out so she had Maryann a banker to try help me Maryann went above and beyond to help me with all my needs I just wanted her to be recognized for her outstanding service

Absolutely poor customer service, unorganized, unethical.HR reached out to me for an interview with this bank, as a RB. For a week, HR could not figure out an appointment with the branch. I end up going there, professional attire, and interviewed on the spot. Interview was very poor on the interviewer’s side. Told me HR would reach out for an acceptance or a denial. HR and the bank sound so unorganized, I never even heard anything from them.Thank god I do not work here.

Been on the phone for an hour now trying to get a simple bank statement.The representative barley speaks English.After an hour on the phone now, she has to transfer me to another representative because she's obviously retarded and has no clue how to do her job.Never, EVER use this bank.What a joke!

I love this suntrust bank location! Every time I walk in or come through the drive thru they know me by name and are always so nice. If you want a bank will a small town feel I recommend this one! So happy I switched to suntrust.

Although almost empty I had to wait for the investment adviser for quite a time because he did not stop talking privately on the phone with some friends apparently. Nice cashier lady gave me some info sheets and I left. Should I go back?

Poor customer service. Only one teller with a line of half a dozen customers. Bank manager on a business call with a supervisor discussing sales goals while customers wait for account help. The customer should come first. Maybe Suntrust's lack of attention to such is why they are losing market share and closing the branches
