I was in this store a couple years ago and had a bad experience with the manager Kamal who makes you feel like you're a nuisance to his day. I came back just a few weeks ago thinking things might have changed, but I was sadly mistaken. I would recommend any other Tmobile store in Vero, specifically the location in the mall.

Really rude staff they have no desire to help and as if you inconvenienced them for coming into the store ??♀️??♀️??♀️ no wonder why more stores are going out of business and more ppl are shopping online..

My experience that I had at Tmobile was very effective, informative, and quick. I purchased the new internet box for $50/ month. Alex was very professional and helpful. He answered all the questions I had and explained how to set it up very simply. I highly recommend this store and Alex's service. Thank you!

I have came into this store twice within a week & both times the employees were not helpful nor friendly. No one trys to make an effort to help resolve the situation. The customer service is not good.

Super rude people!And not knowledgeable!Moses and Kamal terrible lack of service.Rude.Moses hung up the phone when I asked a question.I don't recommend.They never answer phones.T mobile is the worst company to have.

I've worked with many different carriers in a professional capacity. T-Mobile has excellent customer service. Needed to replace my SIM card today. No fuss, got it replaced, out the door in 5 minutes.

Really poor customer courtesy and support. No place to sit. Three hours they spent switching over my new phone. The staff don't seem like they want to be there is my impression, and the manager Eric is not setting a very good example.

I came into this store on 1/20/23 in a panic with problems setting up a phone to my current account that I had purchased online for a relative. I couldn’t get it set up as I wanted. After calming me down, the lady in the store gave me pros and cons of setting it up for the purpose I needed. After leaving the store I arranged to return the phone online and cancel that particular line. I still have several active devices on the account and will continue to be a customer because I was told what I needed to hear, not what they needed to tell me to keep a sale. Thank you, and apologies for the attitude.

My son purchased a phone . The person assisting him kept answering the phone and seemed very dismissive. My Son is high functioning Autism. It takes a lot for him to put himself in these situations .He is in 40s so i did not interfere. Even if he wasnt disabled .Customer service is lacking and perhaps they should have someone answer the phone. And not Task the clerk. honestly i thought the conversation on was a conversation with my son then i relized he was answering multiple calls . My son left confused and did not have a functioning phone .
