Review for The Venue, Vero Beach - Event date: December 2024
The Venue didn’t just save the day—they crushed it! Picture this: less than 24 hours before our Dec 2024 faculty holiday party, our original event space canceled. Enter April, the superhero owner of The Venue, who swooped in with a fabulous space, fair pricing, and a "we got this" attitude.
When I arrived, everything was spotless, and the tables were set up so perfectly it was like they read my mind. April gave me a full crash course on lighting, thermostat, fans, and AV. I felt fully in control...and slightly cooler than usual.
The Venue itself is stunning—those clear chairs? Chic. The chandeliers? Fabulous. The kitchen and storage space? Total lifesavers for hiding our chaos. Cleanup was a breeze too —seriously, it couldn’t have been easier unless April came with a magic wand.

This event was well planned and executed with precision and good preparation. Beautiful decorations that set the tone for the event and it came off with style and elegance that gave us all a special moment with each other. The honorees was outstanding, very personal and greeted the guests as only true friends would. The Venue was top notch from calling to book our Christmas party to the end of the party night. April & her staff are professional and made our vision come alive. They have vendors they recommend or you can bring your own. Everyone that attended our party raved about the place! Definitely a hidden gem in Vero for events up to 150 people. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the incredible service we received from The Venue when we booked our wedding reception with design and decor services at The Venue. Despite the tight timeline due to a sudden change of plans with our wedding, the staff at The Venue coordinated every detail of our special day, relieving our stress levels which allowed us to truly enjoy our day. We were thoroughly impressed with the decor and how much everyone enjoyed celebrating with us. I have to take the time to say thank you to The Venue coordinator Mrs. April Willis for a job well done. And her husband are all amazing jobs on our wedding ceremony and reception. Not only was she the coordinator, she decorated and helped find vendors. Given the situation concerning our original destination for the wedding, she was able to help on such a short notice. We really do appreciate The Venue, putting their time and effort into our wedding. They even stopped their anniversary celebration to tend to ours. If you’re looking for a location that pays close attention to what you want including details, timelines, and personal accommodation, The Venue is the perfect place to book your next event.

I had my daughter’s sweet 16 at The Venue. Mrs April made it such an enjoyable and easy process. She took care of every detail even down to the clean up. We had a great experience with our event and look forward to the next one.
