So disappointed. My nails look horrible. You know it's bad when you can do a better job yourself. I definitely won't be getting a manicure from here again.

Disappointing experience at Tip Top Nail Salon!
My daughter and I visited for French nails, showing them a picture of the design we wanted. They said they could achieve it by glueing white extensions and painting over them. However, the final result was far from what we asked for - the nails looked chunky and completely different from our reference.
When we expressed our disappointment, the technician, Kim, seemed annoyed and insisted the nails looked fine. She even implied that redoing them to our liking would cost more, despite not mentioning this initially. We specifically mentioned it was our first time trying this design!
To make matters worse, when I asked for help choosing a base color, Kim ignored me and told us to decide on our own.
Given it was the day before my daughter's 16th birthday party and we were short on time, we ended up just putting plain color over the nails instead of getting the French design we wanted. Needless to say, we won't be back. The lack of accountability and customer service was appalling. Wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

The owners and staff are talented and friendly. The shop and equipment was clean and they were able to take three of us at the end of the day.

Went here for the first time- I just left and I'm so disappointed. The pedicure was okay.
I wanted an Acrylic manicure and it was horrible. I had to keep asking the nail tech for almond nails and even showed a picture. The shape of the nails is horrible and I ended up getting cut in multiple places, and the nail polish application was extremely uneven. I also wanted chrome powder on top but they told me to come back on Monday to do that... two days from now.
I'm very disappointed and these were supposed to my birthday nails.

I loved this place! Best I've gotten in Vero by far, and everyone was nice. I believe I had Lori who was great. I got a gel French manicure

Called for a side by side pedicure with my husband. I also wanted a manicure. My husband was sent to a pedicure chair and I was placed in a manicure chair and waited while the technician finished someone else. By the looks of it, I think she was the manager, then she came over to me and dry filed my nails, applied cuticle oil and trimmed cuticles then sat me next to my husband in the pedicure chair. While my toes were drying, someone else came and painted my nails. Never once soaking my nails or my cuticles in the warm water, which is typical. I thought "maybe they don't do that at the shop", but I noticed others were being given that treatment. They were all very nice, it was a Friday in February. Kind of busy in there, but I still think it's a major fail to not soak cuticles and nails before beginning the process.

Instead of soaking off my nails she peeled them off, destroying my natural nails. They were busy and she wanted to do what was fastest and easiest for her. The nails looked okay but started separating almost immediately. The gel polish was sloppy and left ridges and gaps at the edges. I'm having them redone elsewhere.

I’m visiting family in Vero and went here with my mom for pedicures. I was a nail tech for years so I’m very picky, and the lady and gentleman who provided our services did a fabulous job. All of the employees were very kind. Highly recommend.

Friendly, busy salon with down to earth attitude. It's not a high-end place, and it's not trying to be. You're getting a good deal. Plenty of colors to code your polish. They do dip powder, gel pedicure, and waxing also. Parking lot in a small strip plaza. Good location in town. There are lots of regulars, another indication this is a good choice. Reasonable prices, and complimentary drinks. I like the massage chair while I received my pedicure. Recommended.

My first time going here. Traffic was murder and I was late. They were very gracious and got me in. My toes look great and they pedicure was very relaxing. I will be back.

Very nice people and social. Unfortunately, they did not do my nails like I showed them in the picture. It was very sloppy. I would have appreciate it if they had told me they could not do the design I requested
