Employee was extremely rude, gave me truck with less than quarter tank only used the truck for 2 hours went only 15 miles. I put $15 of gas into the truck before drop off. Went to drop off employee said “ wow that was quick” I told him I didn’t have much I put gas above the line he gave it to me. Said I’ll get an emailed receipt. I check the receipt and he charged me $30 fuel service and $10.50 for gas. I called to ask why he charged me and told me it was at quarter when he gave it to me and I brought it back empty. I didn’t know these GMC’s go 15 miles then go empty. Worst place to rent a uhaul from. Keep your receipts. And take pictures!!!

Two people scheduled to pick up trucks, me being one and hours say open but no one is there..unable to resolve online with terrible tech and customer service.. place should not be allowed to rent uhaul.. spent 2 hours here with no resolve. Minus stars x 1000

We had a rental reservation pick up for 11:30. We arrived ten minutes prior to the pick up time, and no one was in the store which is listed as open today. We sat on the phone for 45 minutes with Uhaul customer support who was unable to resolve the issue and ended up having to cancel our reservation. No one ever showed up to the “open” store.

Great prices! But with a dirty cluttered questionable office. The lady on staff is mean/rude or somewhat nice/tolerable depending on her mood of the day. I just go to this place because it's closest to me and they tend to have better rates than the other U Hauls in town. If you're going by price, go here. If you're going for service/help/cleanliness, try a different spot.
