Super helpful actually.
Gentleman named JD didn't have to but he explained that I picked the wrong choice from Amazon which made me print a label and provide box.
He explained that is how they get you. I canceled my return and opted to return to store but with different option. Something like package and label already provided. So just keep your packaging and return that way. No cost.
Both options say free for shipping but one requires box and label and the other one uses the existing Amazon box and label.
Amazon seems to make it difficult on purpose.
Always in and out of here fast

The service was fast and sufficient with few minutes wait time . The employee named Tamia’s knowledge about the needs people have outside of the register is fast . We needed a notary for paperwork and I’ve been in there before for same reason. She’s definitely a plus in this particular area ! Great job Tamia ! Joy Jones

We had a print job and I asked if we could have 1 sample on plain paper before my design was printed on the labels we purchased elsewhere. One of the young ladies was irritated and didn’t want to help us. She was very dismissive. Tamia, came right along and gave us what we needed. No muss, no fuss. She was kind, caring, and quick.
