My Audi S6 got the treat of a lifetime. While a 2015, I left it with Brandon, Bella and their team today. A professional experience from my first conversation on the phone with Brandon who was patient enough to explain the process up and until I drove away. The car looks brand new, inside and out. The little dings on the hood are gone, the swirls all around are gone, the wheels shine and their version of the graphene coating is amazing. Brandon left me with instructions on how to better care for my car, which I appreciated. The most pleasurable owners of a great business. Took our black duelly for ceramic coating, looks better than when the dealership did their detail job for the sale and gave a great offer for our 1500 truck ( presale cleaning) which looks better than Waves Car Wash $100 detail. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning/detail/ceramic job.

Took our pre-owned 2018 F-150 to Upscale Detail for some TLC. Wanted the graphene coating to ease the maintenance and UV protect the couldn't-resist black color. Came back looking new, inside and out. Team Upscale lived up to their name and reputation. Thank you!

Brandon and his team are the “real deal” when it comes to ceramic coatings. By the recommendation of my neighbor and after reading the reviews online, we brought our brand new GMC Sierra SLT to them. It came out absolutely amazing - never seen a finish white like this.
