“I hope my first car about two years ago a 1995 Jeep Wrangler, within the first couple months it had a lot of issues and we told them since they were the ones that fixed everything, they fixed what was wrong and whenever I have a problem with my car because of how old it is, they always deal with it quickly and for a fair price. They always go above and beyond with service. The mechanics are good as well, just last week, I had a problem with my car. My clutch was not engaging at all, and I took it over there and the mechanic took a look at my car found what was wrong and he filled up my clutch fluid so my car would be safe to drive and told me the parts to fix would be here in about two days and I can continue driving it since it was now safe to drive and realistically I wouldn’t need to get the part fixed for about two weeks. I personally decided just to leave my car there but the next day I came back and they told me everything was good. They replaced the part and now I can get into first gear without having to turn my car off whenever I stop. It was an incredibly fast service and a great experience.”

“We would score higher if we could.We tracked down a 1996 Chevy Tahoe that we saw on a Chevy dealer website that Vero Apex purchased at auction.Considering we were 3.50 hrs away from them, Demick was kind enough to put it on a lift and take detailed pictures of the Tahoe and send them to us.Ryan and Demick (not sure if I spelled it right) were very responsive to phone calls or any questions we had. Ryan gave us the price and we put a deposit on the Tahoe and asked if they could hold it for us for a week and that was not a problem. I knew we had nothing to worry about, my husband and I both had good feelings when we talked to Ryan or Demick on the phone.When the day came to get the Tahoe, I stayed in contact with Ryan and he always had a good attitude. Ryan and Demick were not pushy at all. When we arrived at the dealership the Tahoe was sitting out front with the keys in it. Ryan and Demick came out and greeted us, answered more questions we had, let us test drive it, etc.We went in to finalize the sale and it was an easy transaction.Demick and Ryan are great. Good customer service now a days is hard to find, but with this father and son it was the best experience we've ever had with a dealership.As we were leaving, they recommend a great place to eat.If you or anyone you know is looking for a used car be sure to check out Vero Apex in Vero Beach, FL even if you have to drive a long ways for it. It was worth it to us and we will recommend Ryan and Demick to anyone who needs a used car.”
