“This is our second lotus purchase, and after moving to southeast Florida, we were so happy to have received a recommendation to use Wire Wheel from another Lotus guru. After one of the 24 hours of Daytona my husband visited wire wheel and came home ecstatic to have had the opportunity to speak to Hayes and Hamilton, he gushed about how they shared his passion for the brand. “We would score higher if we could.We tracked down a 1996 Chevy Tahoe that we saw on a Chevy dealer website that Vero Apex purchased at auction.Considering we were 3.50 hrs away from them, Demick was kind enough to put it on a lift and take detailed pictures of the Tahoe and send them to us.Ryan and Demick (not sure if I spelled it right) were very responsive to phone calls or any questions we had. Ryan gave us the price and we put a deposit on the Tahoe and asked if they could hold it for us for a week and that was not a problem. I knew we had nothing to worry about, my husband and I both had good feelings when we talked to Ryan or Demick on the phone.When the day came to get the Tahoe, I stayed in contact with Ryan and he always had a good attitude. Ryan and Demick were not pushy at all. When we arrived at the dealership the Tahoe was sitting out front with the keys in it. Ryan and Demick came out and greeted us, answered more questions we had, let us test drive it, etc.We went in to finalize the sale and it was an easy transaction.Demick and Ryan are great. Good customer service now a days is hard to find, but with this father and son it was the best experience we've ever had with a dealership.As we were leaving, they recommend a great place to eat.If you or anyone you know is looking for a used car be sure to check out Vero Apex in Vero Beach, FL even if you have to drive a long ways for it.
