“Service Department, I scheduled an appointment for 12/11 instead of 12/10. I showed up on 12/10. Jarrod Jenkins took great care of me and said he would get me in today. I declined the multi point inspection. I am not sure the name of the tech that serviced my car. However, the tech pointed out some problems that were missed by other shops. The tech even explained why the car alignment was off, and what needed to be done to fix it. That was more than the tire shop and other Honda dealership did. There was not a high pressure sales pitch to get the repairs made today. I will definitely be back to visit the service department.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this location!! 1st off they fixed the shotty oil change literally just done 15 minutes prior at Linus Buick on my buick cascada that was leaking oil EVERYWHERE while swapping out 2 tires! They literally saved my engine!! The store manager Chris Haskins was calm, patient, and even tempered in my rage regarding my experience down the street. I highly recommend them and to be honest I'm a dealership type of gal. My faith is restored in HONEST RELIABLE vehicle repair places outside of dishonest dealerships!! “So thankful for everyone at this shop! I had a flat on the highway on my trailer and the spare I've been carrying around for a year and a half was from my old trailer that didn't fit (yes stupid on my part for overlooking that) but walked to the shop and got a new tire.... When we were about to walk back to the trailer boss man offered to give us a ride back! I didn't get any names I was tired from walking but I couldn't be more thankful we broke down close to this shop where they made my bad day not so bad! Thanks again y'all we appreciate your kindness today!”

“My a/c was leaking in my garage. I found nothing but rave reviews throughout Nextdoor more than any other a/c company. Nextdoor Vero Beach residents also said Barker is honest and the best. Within an hour they were here and explained the problem. I also want to add a/c in my garage and move the handler so I can make a functioning room. Eric Barker is SUCH a good guy!! I Highly recommend Barker A/C! I also signed up for their service agreement which is under $170 for their top plan!!”

“We would score higher if we could.We tracked down a 1996 Chevy Tahoe that we saw on a Chevy dealer website that Vero Apex purchased at auction.Considering we were 3.50 hrs away from them, Demick was kind enough to put it on a lift and take detailed pictures of the Tahoe and send them to us.Ryan and Demick (not sure if I spelled it right) were very responsive to phone calls or any questions we had. Ryan gave us the price and we put a deposit on the Tahoe and asked if they could hold it for us for a week and that was not a problem. I knew we had nothing to worry about, my husband and I both had good feelings when we talked to Ryan or Demick on the phone.When the day came to get the Tahoe, I stayed in contact with Ryan and he always had a good attitude. Ryan and Demick were not pushy at all. When we arrived at the dealership the Tahoe was sitting out front with the keys in it. Ryan and Demick came out and greeted us, answered more questions we had, let us test drive it, etc.We went in to finalize the sale and it was an easy transaction.Demick and Ryan are great. Good customer service now a days is hard to find, but with this father and son it was the best experience we've ever had with a dealership.As we were leaving, they recommend a great place to eat.If you or anyone you know is looking for a used car be sure to check out Vero Apex in Vero Beach, FL even if you have to drive a long ways for it. It was worth it to us and we will recommend Ryan and Demick to anyone who needs a used car.”
