“As a woman who doesn’t know nearly enough about cars, it means so much to have a place to turn to and truly trust. My daughter and I have been relying on the team at EPR for years, and they have consistently been honest, helpful, and dependable. This past week, my daughter’s shifter started doing some really strange things. Because of the severity of the issue, Eric was able to get her in the very next day—even though they were absolutely slammed with work. We are so grateful that he made the time to get her vehicle checked out and make sure she was taken care of and safe. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, especially when you don’t know much about cars. Eric and his team have earned our trust over the years, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EPR to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and caring auto repair shop.”

“I had such an amazing experience working with Shena! This was my first vehicle purchase through my small business, and she made the entire process seamless, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the process. Making a first business purchase like this was a big milestone for me, and I truly appreciate how smooth Shena made the experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson to help me through it. I would absolutely recommend asking for Shena if you’re looking for someone who genuinely takes care of her customers. Thank you again for making this such a great experience!”

“My a/c was leaking in my garage. I found nothing but rave reviews throughout Nextdoor more than any other a/c company. Nextdoor Vero Beach residents also said Barker is honest and the best. Within an hour they were here and explained the problem. I also want to add a/c in my garage and move the handler so I can make a functioning room. Eric Barker is SUCH a good guy!! I Highly recommend Barker A/C! I also signed up for their service agreement which is under $170 for their top plan!!”

“So thankful for everyone at this shop! I had a flat on the highway on my trailer and the spare I've been carrying around for a year and a half was from my old trailer that didn't fit (yes stupid on my part for overlooking that) but walked to the shop and got a new tire.... When we were about to walk back to the trailer boss man offered to give us a ride back! I didn't get any names I was tired from walking but I couldn't be more thankful we broke down close to this shop where they made my bad day not so bad! Thanks again y'all we appreciate your kindness today!”

I truly appreciate them coming to me and helping when I needed it most.”

The corner of my left front bumper came loose and just hanging down. The shop body technician came out re-align the bumper and put it back in place. I wanted to pay him and said we don't charge for this so I gave him a tip because I know he saved me well over a thousand dollars over a new won. Highly recommend this shop”

“These guys did an amazing job building a transmission for me four years ago for my 2007 Chevy avalanche. I wish I had taken it back to them for service. I was told by a shop in Palm Bay that I needed a new transmission and whatever they put in my truck has been nothing but problems ever since at that other shop. SG Does quality work Looks like I’ll be Bringing my truck back to vero to service the new transmission I just had put in.”

“I buy Deka batteries for my vehicle and boat from them. Being made in USA (East Penn Manufacturing), the batteries have been problem free and last longer, and East Penn employs USA personnel and keeps the money in America rather than sending it to China. Jamie is always pleasant and helpful, and doing a great job keeping this business open during difficult times. Wally is also friendly and helpful with technical info and doing the install! Few options these days to trouble shoot starters, alternators, and other electrical parts so hopefully this business stays open!!”

“After having a not so good experience with another Subu dealer down south I decided to see what offers this dealership had available. I'm certainly glad I did! I had a very pleasant sale at this location with no pressure tactics used by my sales person Lilly. She was warm and welcoming. She took her time to explain all of all the vehicle features, kept me inform throughout the sales process and got me a good deal on a Forester. Very happy with my decision to come here! ☺”
