I was to receive a package (box) on 7/14. Tracking shows it’s been sitting at this post office since then and hasn’t moved! I’ve called, I’ve gone online and yet the workers just continue to let it sit there. Complete laziness, and couldn’t care less about doing their job as hired for. Shipper paid over $90 to ship for this awful service. I might add that another box 2 weeks ago sat at this same post office doing the same thing. If I could give a 0 for stars-I would.

Package ordered. Received at Orlando. Sent to Vero. Took 5 days. Informed delivery received on the 9th, item out for delivery. Not received. On the 10th, not received. Out for delivery on the 12th. Not received...no access? Private home, no gates, no access code, mailbox out by the road, no obstacles. Now no update and no way to contact the office.

So unhelpful and unfriendly. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

This post office returns my shipped packages to the sender because I receive my mail at my son's house and I don't need to pay $35 for a key I won't use to the mailbox at my apartment, which is apparently full of junk mail. This is extremely inconvenient for me as I am disabled and many of my packages are medically needed. I have no way of knowing who my packages will be delivered by at the time I order them. They have me over a barrel and I don't know how to get around it. I've tried to reason with them, but they were rude to me and insisted that my packages would continue to be returned unless I pay for the key, regardless of the fact that I'm on disability and I don't need it, and aside from the fact that the packages wouldn't fit into the mailbox anyway. It just makes no sense.

My pre-paid packages are not being scanned in. Nothing proving that my packages are in their hands. If it gets stolen or lost they can say “We did not receive it”.

I brought over 200 boxes with prepaid labels, none of which were scanned in messing up tracking with all my order worth over $10,000. When I went back I was told they didn’t scan them in cause they didn’t have time even though I explicitly requested them to get scanned in since this happened the last time I brought a huge order over and they said they would. Surprise! The next day none have tracking on them cause they were too lazy to scan them in. When I went in to inquire about if they had been scanned in I got nothing but poor attitude. This post office needs to be accountable.

Came in this morning, 4/8, the line was long but they moved quickly! A young African American woman with glasses helped and corrected my mail forwarding with much kindness considering all the bustle. I wish I would have gotten her name.

I mailed a priority mail envelope from this location on Monday March 3rd to South Portland, Maine. I was advised that the expected delivery date was Friday March 7th. For the next several days, the tracking updates indicated that the envelope was repeatedly moving back and forth between Orlando and Kissimmee!
I returned to the Post Office and spoke with Sales Associate Doug. Doug was absolutely fantastic. He tracked down the problem and rectified it. In addition, Doug repeatedly made contact with me via telephone to keep me updated on the tracking status. He even called me on the date my envelope was delivered in South Portland, Maine, to confirm delivery. Doug is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. From now on, when I visit this post office, I will gladly wait in line for Doug to be available. I recommend that if you should have any issues with mail delivery, that you specifically wait and speak to Doug!
Thank you Doug!

Have been calling for 2 days now and no one will answer the phone at all.
Monday the mail person left my packages on the ground by the mailbox in the rain. They have never done this. They have always put them on the porch m. They also put something in my mailbox and the package specifically said do not bend.
Then yesterday the mail lady was putting mail in a mailbox on my street and we drove around her while she was doing this, and she didn’t even look when she was done and almost side swiped us.

Staffing is spotty. Some days they have three people working the desk and other days only one person. Makes no sense at all.
