Horrible service, i just recently changed my last name. My first name and address are still the same. I had bunch of important documents that i have been waiting for, 3 weeks im not getting anything but junk mail. I just found out the mail carrier sent all my important mail back to the senders because of my different last name. Im so mad right now. I have to go thru this process again and reorder all of my documents.

This has to be the most incompetent post office there is. They don't deliver maul correctly and sometimes don't even deliver. Packages are being marked unable access location instead of attempting delivery. Then I go in to try and pick it up and the supervisor tells me he's too busy to get my 3 packages. Rude and incompetent. I'm sure my service will be even worse after they see this.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable counter staff. Facility is clean inside & out. What I thought would be a very long wait turned out to be super quick. Plenty of parking. Easy on & off access from Highway 60/20th Street.

Horrible post office. It is large and plenty of parking but always find lines in the place. Also had so many packages misplaced from here even with tracking and delivery problems. There is no question this place has issues and it would be best to avoid.

PETE failed to do his job and told me and several other customers a supervisor would contact me cause he couldnt find a package that was at this location. Thankfully another woman was able to get it, simply because he cant go back and get a box. Its messed up customer service for the customer especially when they pay for it to be held.. thanks

PETE SHOULD BE FIRED. CAN NOT DO HIS JOB. I COME UP THERE WITH TRACKING, confirmation AND INTERCEPTION INFO WITH IT BEING AT THIS POST OFFICE AND HE SAYS HE CANT FIND IT. MAKES ME LEAVE. I LEAVE GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE AND SUPERVISOR TELLS ME IT IS FOR SURE THERE TO BACK. I LUCKILY GOT THE GIRL NEXT TO HIM WITH THE GLASSES ( didn’t get her name BUT PROMOTE HER AND GIVE HER A RAISE. SHE IS REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ). She WENT BACK AND GOT MY PACKAGE IN 5 seconds WHILE PETE IGNORED ME AND LOOKED VERY UNAMUZED she found it. GLAD SHE HELPED ME AND NOT PETE. HE PROCEEDS TO TELL OTHER CUSTOMERS HE CANT FIND THEIR PACKAGE EITHER. UNACCEPTABLE PETE!!

Mari took care of my eldearly aunt with so much professionalism and care, I felt really comfortable with her service. She answered all her doubts with a lot of patience, something really strange to find lately with customer service personell. Thank you very much!!
