I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day online. I like to support local companies so after the order went through, I called to make sure there were no lilies as my mom is allergic. They assured me no problem. Unfortunately, the bouquet was filled with lilies. I called again to let them know and they came back the next morning with a brand new arrangement! That is amazing service! My mom loved it and it made the experience great! They are so nice and did a beautiful job!

Left at front door…no knock, no ring door bell, nothing. Knew nothing about it until the next day AFTER they had sat in the hot morning sun for four hours! Can you not at least knock????!?

Had a slight issue with flowers but Chelsea called back the same day and was very kind and understanding! She did everything to be accommodating and helpful!

Hired for my wedding, absolutely incredible flower arrangements and bridal bouquets! They matched my inspiration pictures. Easy process and delivered them right on time to the venue! Highly recommend

Why bother ordering from them? I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 special bouqets early am on Valentines Day on their website because it said it could be delivered same day. I put in the correct address and both orders never arrived. Where it was placed was at the wrong building (bldg 400 but was delivered to bldg 455, why?) and one of the balloons was totally deflated so it kinda killed the whole surprise effect and excitement of the whole purpose for the gift in the first place. So unhappy and frustrated by this company.Similar to what many other reviews mentioned, noone seemed to care. I called and texted and noone answered. Luckily I had received a call earlier from the driver, so I called that number and only received 1 reply. So frustrating. Killed the whole mood. My girlfriend had to drive all around looking for it and felt uncomfortable going to people's door to retrieve it. Then to find a completely limp balloon? I appreciated the same day delivery for sure, but please deliver to correct home and ensure your balloons dont deflate.

If you have a special occasion coming up don's hesitate to contact Vero Beach Florist. Jenny and her assistant are second to none, so friendly and knowledgeably. My daughters wedding was stunning, due to Jenny's talent.

My son sent flowers for Mother's Day they wilted and died within 24 hours. I have left several messages and no return call. They do not answer the phone. I will be heading to the store with the dead flowers.

Place my order 2 days before Valentine's Day and they still couldn't deliver the day of or the day after. I was going to ask my fiance to marry me on Valentine's Day and they ruined it. Customer service sucks don't recommend them to anybody

I placed a Christmas floral arrangement with them that was never delivered, but was charged for.Have left numerous messages with them and no contact. Very poor customer service

I paid over $130 and this is what my mother got a day late! Looks like it was what was dropped on the floor. Even my mother said, if she could drive she would return them. So disappointed!

Zero stars. I placed an order online, paid, and received a receipt by email which said I would be notified when it was delivered. The flowers were never delivered. I called them at least 6 times during the time the time the shop claimed to be open, and no answer or way to leave a message. I sent them an email asking green to contact me and they never responded. Really bad service.

Never use this florist. I placed an order to be delivered and it was never delivered. I called the shop 6 times and they never answered their phone . I emailed them to find out what happened, and they never answered my email. Zero stars .
