I love the new store!! Viking Automotive Advisors are super smart, professional, reasonable and their new shop in the former Sears auto shop is so clean and new!! They gave me new oil, wipers and repaired my 2004 911 Carrera 4S window regulators. After I arrived home and closed my convertible top the rear window didn't close. I called Andreas and he said it's memory position should reset but I could bring it back in for help. But he was right! It reset itself the next time I opened and then closed my convertible top! Thanks Andreas and everyone! U Rock! My 911 runs so great! (2023)That was from last years visit~my annual oil change last week went perfectly! I trust this auto group with my Porsche anytime. I traveled to Key West the next day and knew I was safe and secure after my check up with Kevin at Viking Automotive. I love Viking❤️❤️❤️Kate

Never bringing my car here again have charged me 150$ and could not tell me what it was for and did not fix my issues I had to bring it back the very next day and then tried to charge me another 250$ to fix the problem they said they fixed the day before I am a struggling college student and I feel they took advantage of me at this business and will never be returning here please be aware of what they are charging you for and why and make sure they actually fix the issue with you’re car the first time

The other day I had my dad's car since he was recovering from a heart attack. The lights came on the dashboard indicating he had low tire pressure so I called them and asked if they could do a tire pressure check since I couldn't find a tire pressure checker thing in his car. They said they would check his tires for no cost which I was very grateful for I then also asked them if they could check his brake fluid since I felt like a couple times, my foot had almost gone to the floor when putting on the brakes. The woman at the front desk said the mechanics would be coming in from lunch so it might take a few minutes which was understandable. The tech came back and said the tires were fine. BUT..... here's where it gets strange. He told me the only way to check the brake fluid was to put it up on the lift and they didn't have time for that, I had never heard of that, so I took his word for it. But I'll be honest when I got home, I called the Cadillac dealership gave them the year of my dad's car and asked if this was correct. He said on the newer Cadillacs. Yes, this is correct but for my dad's year, it was not correct it could've been checked. I understand people are busy. I understand I was a walk in, all she had to do was say we don't have time, and I would've completely understood.. But don't lie to me. I was a potential new customer there for my own car, but I will not go back. Once I checked the dealership and found out that it could've been done and the guy lied instead of just telling me the truth what would they lie to me about if I took my own car there? I'm sure that people have had good experiences there and I appreciate what they did with the tire, but it makes all the difference in the world when someone lies to me. Thank you but no thank you.

This morning on my way to work I hit a raccoon and the plastic cover underneath my car was dragging. I search up local auto shops and found Viking Automotive. The customer service was excellent and they did not hesitate to help me due to my hour drive back home. Super nice staff and they are fast and helpful. 10/10

Andreas stayed in touch and communicated about the issues with my vehicle. I had taken my truck to 3 different shops including chevy itself to fix the issue but none of them could figure out what was wrong and left it for a week at a time at each. I left it for one night at viking and my issue was taken care of. They send you pictures and videos to show exactly what they are diagnosing and changing. Very professional
