Large store with decent selection of "boutique" clothing as well as other clothing, furniture, housewares and decor. Check the whiteboard for weekly sales!

Very high prices for the quality and nature of some items.Found many stained, plain colored t shirts that were 5$-8$, which isnt incredibly expensive, but is still fairly high for used shirts that are very plain, stained, and not name brand.I feel like their clothes don't get restocked very often, it's always the same clothes. They have a lot of neat picture frames, and old music. Their furniture isn't bad either.

Customer service is terrible. They receive these clothes for free and charge $25-$50 for a worn jacket. Only shop here if you’re looking to be ripped off. Waste of time

I enjoy checking out the variety of items in this store. It's a smaller store with limited space, but there is good use of space and some goodies to be found. As in most thrift stores there is an abundance of women's clothing, and it is sorted by size and a separate area for what is considered "boutique" quality pieces. I personally have not found any clothing to purchase here, but I do enjoy browsing the art and household item sections. There is some furniture, but it is limited. There is a little bit of everything, but in smaller amounts which makes it easier to shop and look around. Some things are priced a little high, but most prices are pretty fair. The one recommendation I have would be to eliminate the cardboard box of $1 t-shirts sitting on the floor and maybe hang them up somewhere as clearance items. It takes away from the look of the store and most people won't take time to dig through a box to see what's in it. Recommend checking the board near the entrance to see what may be discounted before you start shopping.

Prices are insane now went in looking to buy a lot but couldn't justify spending those prices. Not when I have charity's that I donate to regularly to. Same items here I wanted were 25 and other places are 5 to 7. That's insane.

I had a horrible experience here at VNA shopping their scammy buy one get one sale which is highly illegal by the way. I tried to match up item for item so I could get the best discount how ever Rae Ann with her horrible attitude said that's not how they do it they charge the higher priced items with the lowest. I did the calculations and realized they were trying to over charge me $60 at a thrift store! I was also followed around the store by one of the associates and harassed by them. I told the manager and she was awful siding with the discriminatory sales associates. I went even higher and tried to talk to someone at VNA head office and she never bothered call me back and apologize about my experience. They are completely money hungry pretending the money is going back to VNA but I smell something fishy. Mainly because I told the manager the prices were outrageous almost at near retail and she scoffed and me and told me other charity thrift stores in the city were STUPID for charging a fair amount for USED DONATED CLOTHES they get FOR FREE. I also heard Rae Ann and other associates making fun of customers and saying they refused to split up peoples orders because they didnt feel like it. Hello its your job to help thd customers with whatever they need. You want to run like a retail store then start acting like one and if a customer wants to split an order you do it, its not about what you want to do its about what the PAYING customer wants. I guess if I had a fat donation check that they could line their greedy little pockets with they would have called me back but I guess if it ain't green it's not important to them. Don't get me started on their "designer" bags they try to pass off as authentic charging 100s of dollars for clearly fake bags and wallets. I feel bad for all the unsuspecting people who bought these items thinking they were real. Also I heard that associates steal high ticket items from the back room all the time. This place is a greedy messsss. Don't bother there are much cheaper alternatives with better missions than VNA.

Yikes. For a second hand store they sure are trying to sell at brand new prices and or way overpriced for second hand. Definitely not a wallet friendly store.

What happened our local VNA wow. Where did all the happy young men that ran the shop go? They were all replaced by some strange discontent workers I feel sorry for. . I won't even go in there or donate there either whew they definitely need an attitude adjustment. Just be happy lighten up it's used stuff you got for free and pay no tax on. The prices the workers no Thank You one star until you have a little more gratitude in life.

I just recently applied to this company for a driver position to pick up and deliver items to be sold and purchased at the store. Because this store is ran by the VNA, the ridiculous, hiring process took 3 weeks, a drug screen and was sent to do fingerprinting, which I did all on my time and gas. I just received a letter in the mail saying that I was not selected after 3 weeks of being strung along with hopes of starting this week. Because of a stupid choice I made over 16 years ago something on my background (that I openly admitted to during the first initial interview and told by the current manager that it was not a problem) was the deciding factor. Why was I strung along for 3 weeks to be told I can't do a job that I am over qualified for? Says a lot about this company not to mention everything sold in the store was all donated free. The company exploits volunteers all in the name of profits which ZERO profits are given back to the community.

Not just clothes, VNA HT also has books, kids stuff, kitchenware, and cute seasonal items for Christmas, Easter and beyond. Our local HT sadly went out of business, we visited our local HT on its last day sometime before Christmas last year and miss it greatly. So, Vero's surviving VNA HT gives us great joy we still have thrift stores in FL.

I’ve been visiting this store for about four years and the other day I decided to take one of the pants from outside - everything outside is on sale, then browse a little inside and took two shirts. While paying, the cashier - who’s fighting every customer about the masks, changed the price on the pants, I said: - that must be a mistake, I got these from outside. She says - these are Ralph Lauren, it cannot be that price. The Manager arrives repeating the same and actually doubting these were from outside - with a condescending attitude. I answered saying - Would you please check the cameras? to what Megan, the manager, answered: - we are all here working, we don’t have time for that, these are Ralph Lauren. Basically telling me take it or leave it.Now you know how the pricing works, how the manager works but most importantly, how they made a mistake placing the so valuable RALPH LAUREN pants outside and will antagonize a “valuable customer”.Ps I’m a woman of color.
