They "lost" my childs prescription for a strong pain reliever after having surgery. Do not fill your prescriptions here.

You policy of touch peoples ID is ludicrous as I don't even need to identify myself to this company. It a violation of my rights. You can scan the back of a Florida DL and it gives you the information that I'm old enough to purchase cigarettes. You don't need to know who I am. I'm going to blow this up on social media. Walgreens on US1 & 17thst.

Just reading all these one-star reviews, and discovered many are 3-5 years old. But they all could have been written yesterday! I've lived in Vero for over 40 years, and and it's stunning how a pharmacy this inept could stay in business!Explains why when you go in to pick up your meds, there's always a different staff, usually training. Says a lot. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COST! You can thank me later.

Terrible pharmacy service. They delight in making a simple situation difficult. I wish there was an alternative with my insurance. Beware go elsewhere!David LoganVero Beach

Had an experience this evening 8/18/22 between 6 and 7 pm interacting with a Walgreens pharmacy associate and pharmacist that was extremely frustrating. Several days earlier, I had asked by phone that two prescriptions be refilled.. One prescription did not have refills and one did. I was informed that they would contact my doctor about the one without refills and get back to me. I received a text saying the first prescription with refills had been filled. A day or so later I received a phone call asking that I call the pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy back I was met with resistance, condescension, and dismissiveness. The pharmacy assistant who answered the phone began giving me information about the medication that I knew about without letting me actually tell her the purposes of my call. I had to literally interrupt her and raise my voice to try to get her to hear the actual question I had. Instead of letting me ask the questions she demanded that I stop raising my voice and she put me on hold mid-sentence to talk to the the pharmacist. Over the next five minutes the pharmacist came on the phone asking me to hold. After a few more minutes the pharmacy assistant came back onto the phone with an attitude as if II was somehow at fault for being on the other end of the line when I was simply still on the hold she placed me on to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist came on the phone about a minute later and without allowing me to explain myself began giving me information about the refill that I already knew about. When I again, in frustration, attempted to tell him the actual intentions of my call, I was told again that I was being difficult and needed to stop raising my voice. He finally stopped talking long enough to allow me to tell him what I was attempting to communicate; that I wanted to know the status of the second prescription and that that I did not want to pick up the first prescription until the second was refilled. I never got information regarding the status of the second prescription. I will be visiting this pharmacy tomorrow to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. This isn't the first or even the second time I have been treated in this manner at this pharmacy.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone in a timely manner. I work at a doctors office was on hold for 30 minutes then someone picked up and hung up. This happens everytime I call. I am familiar with working in a busy environment but seriously, answer the phone!

We had an experience today with Walgreens Pharmacy on US 1 and 17th that was totally lacking in customer service. We scheduled appointments on line for Covid booster shots and arrived early for our appointments. After waiting over half an hour, we asked how much longer the wait would be. We were then told it would be about two more hours since the person giving the shots had canceled that morning. At that point we retrieved our cards and left. Since our appointments were scheduled for late in the afternoon, a call or text letting us know would have been nice. At the very least, when we checked in, someone could have told us that our wait would be a lengthy one. Whoever is managing this Pharmacy might want to consider providing some training in communication and customer service.

Faster service than other pharmacies. Prices too high to earn five stars. People are friendly and make you feel welcome.

This is the worst pharmacy. It was true before the pandemic and more so now. Staff is so unhelpful. There's zero connection between automatic refill automated phone line and the store (they also claim it's a 3rd party so they're not responsible for lack of service). Enormous wait times just to get to "no, it's not here, please try later". This is medication which is by definition necessary!! Unacceptable customer service. Transferring all my future prescriptions to another provider.

When Walgreens started its “pill-pack delivery” system I was very excited... no more counting out pills in little containerser a week at a time. However, it never got that far. I registered for delivery service, but every time I got their email announcing the readiness of a new prescription or refill, it advised, “Your prescription is ready is ready for pick-up!” And no matter how matter how many times I notified Walgreens to correct their mistakes, no matter how often they “swore” it was corrected, their emails continued to announce my Rx was ready for pick up!” I gave them three months to fix the problem but not once wee any of my Rx’s delivered. I finally switched to Bailey’s and have been happy ever since. cw

I'm mortified once again by this pharmacy. I have taken the same 3 meds since 2000. I moved to Florida in May 2019 and began to use this pharmacy. All went well until the stress of Covid seemed to turn the staff in the pharmacy section into savages. I went in to pick up my RX. When I saw that the young man named Hieu was working, I felt sick. Every time I deal with him is an exercise in patience for me. I was trying to pick up a med that I'd picked up 28 days ago. It's Ambien for sleep. Last month and the month before I picked this med up a few days late ( so I'm not exhibiting drug seeking behavior). He told me.I couldn't pick it up until 29 days had elapsed. Ok. I get it but his delivery is SO rude. Last night he told me to come in today and hung up on me. Tonight he won't fill the script. I'm going to report him to corporate because he simply has to learn to relate to people. Tonight he said, " I don't have time to deal with you. I'm busy!" I told him I was as important as any other customer. The store was empty. His rage is barely controlled. He is not an asset to this company. His female manager is no better. They hold your RX hostage if you're not in their good graces. She demanded that I gay a bridge prescription to cover a 2 day gap insisting I pick up my med on the 31st day. My doctor called in the bridge but she refused to fill it. My doctor called all day ( she told me she wanted to speak to him in the phone), nobody answered all day. Finally he got through and yelled at them. All of a sudden, the bridge was not needed and they sheepishly filled the 30 day prescription. It's confusing to try to explain this but BOY are they nasty, stressed and ultimately exude power over you with a smirk. What a daunting experience. Calling corporate tomorrow and filing formal complaint against both.

Incompetent, unacceptable twilight zone experience over and over again. It's as if they hire employees directly from mental institutions, or only those with iQs below 60. They are so inept, and their reactions to a reasonably frustrated customer is to yell and hold ur medication hostage because they "won't be spoken to in that tone", after they've screwed up ur order over and over again. If u really enjoy visits to an urban DMV, or visits to hospitals for the criminally insane, than this is the pharmacy for u. otherwise, go anyplace else but here. Horrific.
