If I could give zero stars I would...First off they closed in the middle of the day for no explanation at all. Then I call at 9am the next day they say will be ready in an hour came 3 hours later they say still not ready waiting for pharmacist to fill the prescription ask them why the long delay and she just walked off rolling her eyes at me. Needless to say horrible customer service.

Trying to find a specific item near me, says available in store...click on it, 200 miles away. Why not just tell me this is not available at my store, instead of sending me on a wild goose chase! Bad customer service.

Ok! How is legal for a pharmacist to just decide to leave at 4pm.? Received text my meds were ready at 3:50. Supposed to be open until 8pm. I get there at 4:30 and now I'm screwed outta my meds, and I can have seizures if I do not have it. It's still saying temporarily closed. How is this ok to let patients go days without there meds. No they cannot be transferred neither, since they've already been filled at this location. This is so sad! This healthcare is insanely horrible in todays world. Selfish ppl. Should not be in this line of work. No such thing as customer service anymore! I will be reporting this to the state.

Daughter ordered 60 photos through the Walgreens App for pickup at "approximately" 8 p.m. Allowing extra time to process the order, we arrived just before 9 p.m. Service counter was deserted. We went to the front counter for assistance. Manager arrived moments later and advised that the order wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. When I inquired about the "approximately" 8 p.m. pickup time, she waived her hand and walked away - into the back room.This isn't the first time dealing with dismissive and rude staff at the Oslo location of Walgreens. Time to contact corporate.

Typical Walgreens - takes a long time to fill a prescription and looked down at you as if you disturb them. Need some improvement. Went to Barklays on US1 and was much better treated!

After waiting for about 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone, we got cut off. We got into the car and drove there. We would not have gone except a prescription was being called in to this location. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the store. When we finally spoke with the pharmacy technician and pharmacist, they were super friendly, professional and helpful. The problem is understaffing. Come on Walgreens, pay attention to your customers' needs and develop some positive customer service.

After a lifetime of being a customer I just found out that after paying 80.00 for 2 prescriptions that I could have gotten the same thing for 20.00. So then I take a look at 2 meds I take daily and they have been ripping me off for years!! It's very sad that you can not will not take the time to look out for your customers. NEVER A MENTION of how to help. They see we go to TCCH which means what to you??????? Very sad

I went today to pick up a medication that my father had in the system. The Pharmacist (Lisa) were so rude and lack of empathy. I have an accent because my first language is Spanish, but I also speak English. She said that she could not hear me and I think it was because of my accent. It was a bad experience for me and a bad experience for my parents too.

This pharmacy has gotten soooo bad. Listen, I understand that a prescription cannot always be ready within 20 minutes; however, why does it ALWAYS take 2-3 hours to get a prescription ready at this pharmacy?! Whether it's narcotic or non-narcotic, it takes so long! I go to whatever Walgreens is within my drive at the time but this is the main pharmacy my family and I use. Any other Walgreens has something called "waiting" when you wait for the prescription. I always wait less than 30 minutes at any other pharmacy. But this pharmacy is really bad. They always say "well, we're behind". If you're behind EVERY single time within the last 3 years, then that says a lot about the pharmacist, doesn't it? I NEVER rush anyone here. But the one time you get tired of hearing "well, we've been behind" - they disrespect you. Not once have I raised my voice, been demanding, etc. but the one time I sigh and say "well she told me it would be ready", they start waving their arms OBVIOUSLY talking about you to the pharmacist and make it seem like I'm the rude one. Get over it and just do your job in a timely manner like you're suppose too. If you can't handle doing so many prescriptions, then they need to put two pharmacists in this Walgreens.

Absolutely terrible. Had my prescriptions to be filled on a Saturday. Went on Sunday to pick them up and they still were not filled they told me to come back in a couple hours (mind you I was getting ready to get on the road). Come back 4 hours later and I'm sitting waiting for 20 mins while the lady “goes to get my prescriptions†Person behind me starts honking and another lady comes to help me and says “okay well you're gonna have to pull ahead so we can help the next person because they're still refilling them†denied to help me???? Pulled around for the 3rd time to get my prescription and they lady acts like she's never seen me before yet I've been there for the 3rd time in one day and she knows what I'm there for. Goes to finally get my prescription to tell me that they only had enough to fill 1 month supply when I'm prescribed to 3 months worth. If this was the case as to why they kept delaying my refill you would have thought I would have been informed in the first place rather then them completely wasting my time over and over. Told them to forget it... I don't have time to waste and I will never come to that Walgreens. Rude and unprofessional. Have your prescriptions filled to any other Walgreens in Vero Beach except this one!!!

This is the rudest pharmacy staff ever. I'm convinced they are all doped up on xanax because they work slower than sloths. I called and was on hold for 41min. It said 3 ppl were in front of me. I called again and it said 3 ppl were in front of me. I then call to speak with a manager who said she was walking to the pharmacy to have them talk to me. Never happened. This is not the first time this has happened. In the 2.5 yrs I have been using them, I have only had one experience where I did not have to wait longer than 5 min in person. There is ALWAYS a wait even when no one is in line. WTF are they doing???? They should all be fired for taking their sweet time, knowing we are at their mercy, especially pharmacist Lisa-SO RUDE.

My journey began when I was at Walgreens on us 1. I’m a veteran and I am trying to get a flu shot which is free at all Walgreens locations. Their system for insurance was down and they advised me to go to the 43/oslo location. On my way out the door I called that location only to be put on hold two different times and on hold for 15 min. After FINALLY arriving to the Oslo location the store was DEAD. No one in line at the pharmacy and not a souls in site. I waited at the counter which said phone still ringing from someone else trying to get through till finally being told sorry our system is down. My question is. If you know it’s down and people are calling why can’t you have the customer service to at least answer the phone and let people know! So disappointed.

Transferred prescription here from a larger pharmacy. I can not believe how RUDE the person answering the phone in the pharmacy was. She needs to find a new job not dealing with people. I've heard horrible stories from neighbors about this location but figured it was a simple reflux prescription how hard could it be? Wow, just wow. Save yourself a headache and take your prescriptions anywhere else. I have them One star because they are in a great location.
