Horrible management, rude employees at the photo counter. Most of the time it's a LONG wait. When someone finally arrives they are impatient. It's not all the employees. But the waiting is MOST of the time.

I wish they have a “no star” to choose from. Customer service is beyond pathetic. There’s a girl by the name of Lili, I don’t think she never receives proper training to work there. I had to move to a different pharmacy to get my meds, don’t recommend at all!!!

I visited Walgreens today with my son and 1-year-old baby to get passport pictures, and I was frustrated by the extended wait time for assistance. The lack of prompt service and insufficient staff made the experience challenging. I believe Walgreens should invest in more personnel and improve customer service training for a smoother and more efficient process. This could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Overall customer service is awful - every now and then I will get someone decent. Trying to call them is impossible -you're on hold forever and then it finally sounds like your call is going to go through and it hangs up. So you must resort to going to the store to ask questions. I was there to pick up a different prescription and had a question about one that was pending insurance. Basically, just wanted to know if there was anything I needed to do while the insurance was being reviewed because it said it was too early. The young girl at the window was so rude and wouldn't let me even finish asking my questions before saying I don't know it's automated and then cutting me off when I say so I need to call "I didn't say you needed to call". Until finally, I just drove away. Mind you I was the only one in the drive-through. It was later in the evening and I was not holding up any line. This is definitely not the first negative experience at the store, but just the latest one. I don't know if Walgreens does not treat their employees nicely or the person doing the interviewing and hiring is very bad at picking people, but it seems to be a trend here. I do plan to switch to a local mom-and-pop pharmacy of which there are several new ones - I will have to forfeit having a drive-through and hours but it will be worth it to have people that actually don't mind doing their job. Walgreens has just gotten too big for their britches. I guess I don't know!

Last time I was in to get a prescription filled, I should have left before they messed it up. The pharmacist was (from what I could see and definitely hear) not feeling well. She was complaining that she felt weak and tired. Then the tech told her to just shut the pharmacy down and just forget the prescription's. Not very professional. Now this time apparently she wrote the wrong directions on the prescription and they are arguing with me about this. Now I will be without my prescription possibly for weeks. All because they can't pay attention. I know they don't care and I am tired of feeling like evyia a fight for something we have to pay for. And by people who without us as the customer would not be needed. Just saying

This pharmacy used to be much better, but lately (last year especially), the pharmacy staff have become increasingly more rude. I just called here because the Walgreens app says action is required on a medication refill, and directed me to call. I called three times, on hold for 15 minutes, and was hung up on 3 times without ever speaking to a person. This is just the latest event. There have been numerous other times when I have gone to pick up antibiotics for my child and gotten an extremely unkind response through the drive-through and told to come back later even when nobody was in the line and my kid was very ill. Their reason stated was they needed to run it through insurance, which literally takes only a few minutes. I honestly feel like the staff are bullyish here.

Called pharmacy to make sure they carry Paxlovid for COVID and could deliver to me since I'm on isolation. She told me that they could deliver but then said that my charge card on file isn't current and that they can't take the number over the phone. Are you kidding me?!! I'm on isolation nor do I think that they would want me to come in while infected with COVID. I'd give them a zero if I could.

I can not remember the girls name at the Pharmacy, but she did everything to help me get my medication including calling my insurance wow she was patient and caring. Kudos to you doll.

I just was in the shop and I’ll never go back in there again. I stood up at the front of the store and waited for an attendant for about 15 minutes. There was a gentleman in front of me that was buying four cases of soda as we’re both standing there he started to check that gentleman out. There were two other people that just join the line on the other side when it was time for me to come up to the line you said no the lines over there those two people are in front of you, I put my stuff down and I left. I’ll never walk back into that store again.

Don't shop here, you can get better service at the proctologist. Sales staff will do their best to ignore you. When you call the management to give feedback they hang up on you. Professionalism at its worst.

Jeanette, the on shift manager, is the worst person I’ve ever met in my life. Horrendous attitude and a disgusting personality. The cashier was very kind and I feel horrible she has to deal with Jeanette. Fire that lady immediatley!

Jeanette, the on shift manager, has about the worst attitude ever. Came in for a photo pick up that was marked as ready and we had a hard time finding the order, even with confirmation number. It eventually turns out it was under an older number of mine, but regardless, when she thought the order wasn't ready yet, she had a very careless attitude about it and didn't seem to want to help in any way. Technician was off for the day and she couldn't give me any solutions and didn't seem to care at all. The whole exchange was just very off putting. On the other hand, the cashier up front was super helpful and kind! I didn't get her name, but she was very nice!

Advertised pharmacy was open on Christmas Day on their website and direct store phone line but it was not. Pharmacist did not show up. The store manager did not update website, phone recording or corporate headquarters that the pharmacy was closed for the day. This left doctors and patients assuming urgent prescriptions could be filled when in reality no pharmacist was there.

Went to use coupon to get rewards towards my account. I asked the cashier Gail would I be able to use coupon since it said expires on September 22 which was the day. She kept telling me it's not money off which I clearly knew. I had to just overlook that because she never answered the question. Then it had to be $40 to get the $8 rewards towards my acct not off purchase. So she tells me I can't use it because I don't have $40. I had $25 gift card, miscellaneous items that totaled over $50. So I asked her what was not included in the transaction to make it not $40. She wouldn't listen long enough to answer and kept telling me I don't have enough to make $40. And I was over. Then she said let's be kind. Like it said on the window. At this point everyone in line was like oh wow, did she really say that? She was so rude and never answered me because she was too blind to the fact that I was trying to get $8 off in her head. Come to find out the gift card wasn't included in items to total $40. Which she could of easily said. I told her nevermind, just forget it. She takes toilet paper and items from counter and throws them on floor behind her. Throws! I ask for mngr and she said he's in meetings all day. But a young black lady walked up and assisted me and apologized. Gail tells the lady I was yelling at her. I asked the lady did she hear yelling and she said no. She came up because she saw a line forming. I said bc there was none. No yelling at all .Gail is lying and very rude and acted racist. None else was treated that way at all and then she lied and told me I need to be kind like it says in the window. As I talked to other associate, she was still adding her two cents in. While having a line of customers that were looking as if they couldn't believe how I was being treated. I asked the associate was she racist bc none else was treated that way. The associate apologized a couple times and said she would have someone talk to her.But they need to pull the cameras and witness what went on. They lost a faithful customer. Because the time before mngr April was rude as well about a price posted that wasn't correct and told cashier just give it to her so we can go home 45 mins before closing and walked away. They need customer service training or better employees!
