Like so many others, it's Walmart you make of it what you want. I will say though that the layout of this store was very unique. I'd say interesting. Not great. Not bad. Just unique.

The men's selection of clothing was one of the weakest I have seen. It is a huge store with many sections that I'm sure we're much better. However, I was looking for tank tops, visors or hats and was disappointed.

Placed online order for delivery of frozen food - scheduled Mon from 09-10am, no one came, sat until 4pm when I re-scheduled for Tues - no one came. Calls to store both days to operator & online order dept - phone rang so long it disconnected & I'd start again. There is a help # - don''t bother, it routes call to overseas & you will have trouble understanding some of them & when I did find helpful person, he couldn't get them to answer phone either. Gave up, got someone to sit at my home to sign delivery if it came - I drove to Walmart & asked customer service to call manager.... Taqvalia (Q for short) came & was WONDERFUL. She contacted person in that dept, had them pull my order, and I went home with it. What ever they pay her & customer service department, it's not enough. I'd give them a 5 but you asked for overall experience so I listed it as a 1. This store desperately needs more help - they are woefully understaffed. I use online to shop because I'm handicapped - making a trip to the store means alot of pain..during & after trip. In the future, I'll place an order online at Walmart for non-perishable items but I'll use Publix for frozen foods, etc.

Went for some baby supplies & didn't find the correct diaper brand nor size. The cashier was super polite.

I order for pick up and they always push back or cancel my orders. They can't keep up with their own volume that they want. Let alone when I pull in and they cancel my order after I'm already there. There is basically a block party in the pick up area and the management team allows that. People yelling at each other, sitting in lawn chairs, and just hanging out by the pick up area for no reason. Some it seem are even drinking.

I do Uber deliveries here, they are always screwing up our pickups. Have given things carelessly thrown in bags, missing items. Reservations they cancel at last minute. The inside of this Walmart is dirty and not kept up to date as well. Not a good Walmart

I got some visa gift cards for my birthday. Went to Walmart the cashier could not figure out how to use the gift card as payment. After 6 or 7 attempts she got the manager she attempted 2 to 3 times then said it must be the card reader. So she took me to the courtesy desk. Aggie at that counter tried 2 or 3 times. Then she got another manager she could not do it either. Then aggie barked at me, we don't accept visa gift cards as payment at walmart. I truly believe these so called cashiers and managers should know how to use this payment method. And as far as walmart not accepting a visa gift card is ridiculous!!!! I used the same type card the prior week at the self checkout!! I went directly to sams after walmart and made purchases. Using a visa gift card!!!!!!! Maybe more training on usage of different monetary instruments!!!!!
