I think the Pharmacy staff is excellent, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Went to Winn-Dixie in Vero Beach for the first time. BEWARE of the yellow tags. If you don't have a card, those $6.99 bag of wings will be $20 at the register and a case of Yuengling marked $20 will be $30. They do NOT make this clear on the items or shelves. And the cashiers don't tell you. Never going back and you shouldn't either

Good luck.IF you're able to reach them over the phone you'll get half truths. If you have any telehealth scripts - seek elsewhere.

This pharmacy has been great for whatever I need. Yes they sometimes don't have a medication but that is due to supplier not pharmacy as many many pharmacies are going through a shortage. They are always friendly and willing to help. They also make sure to let me know when I'm starting a new medication on how to take it correctly.

They filled my prescription quickly and called when it was ready. The previous drugstore I used gave me a hard time.

Three Strikes You’re OutWe had all of our prescriptions switched to Wynn-Dixie because it was very close and accepts our Good Rd Gold card.Strike #1: About a month ago, our son was being released after almost 2 months in the hospital for a very serious motorcycle accident. Just prior to leaving the physical rehab center, I called to make sure W-D had his pain medicine. They told me they did not and had no idea when it would be in. After scrambling around for another pharmacy, I took a chance and called them back to see if the had the same med in a different strength. Lo and behold, they did, so I was able to get the physician to rewrite the script for a different quantity. Why wouldn’t the pharmacist have mentioned this instead of acting like the medication was completely unavailable?Strike 2: Last month, I attempted to get a regular medicine of mine refilled and was told by the pharmacist it would be in the next day. After giving them an extra day beyond that I went to pick it up only to now be told they still didn’t have it and had no idea when it would be in. I had the script filled elsewhere only to have the exact same thing happen the next month.Strike 3: My wife had a refill and the doctor had incorrectly set the quantity. It’s a med she was instructed to take 3 times daily for a month but he inadvertently made it for a quantity of 60 instead of 90. The pharmacist filled the prescription and told my wife she would call and get it corrected by the doctor. Fast forward to the last part of the month and of course, the pharmacist did not call as promised or make any attempt to assist further when asked.Put simply, there is no sense of customer service or desire to do anything but collect a paycheck. Do your family a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Provider sent in medication on Saturday, Winn Dixie advises me that my script will be ready Tuesday as this is the restock day. I call today (Tuesday) to ensure the prescription is ready for pick up, I spoke with Susie who advises me that didn’t receive the medication and they haven’t received it within the last couple mths therefore winn Dixie won’t be restocking it. A complete disregard for the patient and my time, will never use a Winn Dixie pharmacy again

Pharmacy service was excellent. She worked with the problem I was having. I plan to change pharmacies. Going further for better service. Checking out with the cashier was another story. He asked for my phone number and since I had changed it I couldn't remember. I ask for any suggestion. He said pay full price. I said no I wanted to see the manager. He said front desk couldn't help me either. As I left to go to the front desk he called ahead with my complaint. At the front desk I try again with my old number but couldn't remember it. He said I'd have to register for a new card. I said no problem and it was done right then and there however he tells me I didn't purchase sale items therefore the total was....... I disagreed I had a BOGO on batteries and plug ins buy 2 and 3 free. He stepped around the desk to check for himself and I followed to direct him to it. I got the discount. I had never had this problem with Winn Dixie and the customers were upset with me for holding things up. Sorry but that was NOT MY problem. I still plan to use the pharmacy and if I have to purchase something while there then I will but I'm driving past 2 Publix. Winn Dixie for shopping will not be my first choice unless I need the pharmacy.

Pharmacist gave a flu shot and my arm flinched for Whatever reason but the man acted as if I had HIV or something and said oh don’t do that again like I did it on purpose and then after that the the whole ordeal was very uncomfortable I would not recommend going to him

Awful store and customer service. We have shopped there since they opened, and they are getting worse and worse. The only reason we stayed with them is the personalized service in the pharmacy. Now even that is changing. Went for our flu shots today. They said they had exceeded their quota for over 65 and corporate wouldn't send more. Yet they still offer $10 coupons for getting the vaccine that they don't have. It's often the same with sale items. None on the shelf because "corporate didn't send them" yet if we go down to their Ft. Pierce store or up to Sebastian their shelves are full. The store is getting dirtier and dingier. It seems like they are on a downhill slide. Too bad their Ft. Pierce store doesn't have a pharmacy.
