Overpriced on gold and very defensive when you question price… They don’t back up with knowledge..they just tell you that you agreed to price… I guess I shouldn’t have been an ignorant customer… Won’t ever be back… They have no concept of customer service

I had a great experience at Zeran Jewelers in Vero Beach. I brought in my Luminox watch with a metal band to be sized and the owner was very patient and attentive in making sure it fit just right with a little room for adjustments. My wife also brought in her Luminox watch with a rubber strap to be sized. Unfortunately it ended up still being too tight without any room for adjustments.The owner took personal responsibility right away. He apologized and ordered a replacement rubber strap for my wife's watch, free of charge. He was so courteous, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the Luminox brand.I was very impressed by the excellent customer service and attention to detail at Zeran Jewelers. The owner really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they walk away 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Zeran Jewelers in Vero Beach, especially for anyone looking for a top-notch jewelry store that specializes in fine watches like Luminox. The owner's expertise, patience and stellar service make this a true 5-star business.

I can’t thank this place enough. Fiancé lost her ring two days before wedding day. Had to go and buy new ring but had to be sized. They sized her ring overnight and saved my wedding. Customer service is Top Notch I would never go anywhere else again.
