The pick-up grocery service is getting worse. They are always ,40 minutes or more, late once you have parked and checked in. Often if I get a message telling me the item is out of stock, if I go in before I pick-up, the items are right there. Did they just not want to go get it? I have given up on this service.

So I has a good experience once with the grocery pick up. I tried several times after and I think there is something definitely malfunctioning. They were able to do it right once, so they must know how to do it effectively. So they will delay your pickup time at the time you need to pick it up. Its like canceling a meeting after it ready started. The app and email/text will auto generate and it will say your order is delayed. So that means I definitely. I had to co.e back the next day and try to relieve my ready purchases groceries. The phone on many occasions can not be answered and the voice-mail is full. You can't go into to store to get your groceries because they will not allow it. Unless you want to cancel your order, which you can't after you check I to the app at store. It will take 3 days to get your money back. At that point you have waited 2 days, already paid for your product, and they have it, but will only give it to you when they are ready...and they don't know when that will be. You get all that info after you pay for the service and groceries.. People are waiting up to 2 hours today. I'm not sure how long this will continue,, but it seems to be a bad business model. Buyer beware

I am not too happy about picking up my groceries today; 6/9/22. Since there was a damaging incident. The employee placing groceries in my car told me the cat litter bag ripped open and there was cat litter coming out so she was going to take it back inside to get a replacement, I said okay, and then she started saying, "oh no, oh no," I said what's wrong as I was getting out of the car. She said the large bottle of bleach spilled over some groceries, I said go get paper towels and I started removing the grocery bags out of my car onto the pavement. The bags were wet. My carpet was soaked in bleach, The girl never came back out but another employee did. He was very helpful and gave me paper towels to start drying the bleach up. He also gave me two small water bottles to rinse the carpet out. As I was wiping up the bleach the employees took the groceries off the pavement and back into the store to replace the bags. I had to wait a long time for a manager to come out and address the situation. I submitted my incident report to Autumn, the manager. She told me Wal-Mart will call or email me to fix the carpet. I then had to wait a while longer for her to give me a $25 Gift Card. I am not too happy about this whole ordeal. My car smells like bleach.

I came in for a quick and easy 1-hour photo pickup 1.5 hours after ordering it. Three people were back in the tech/photo area. One customer checking out the same time as me needed help carrying things to his car. They sent the one photo guy to help him and the manager said I had to wait on him. Total BS. Lazy and inconsiderate. Complete waste of time.

Leonor in the bakery is so helpful and if she's not manager of that bakery she 100% deserves to be, goes out of her way to help people, seems like she loves what she does.

No check out staff! Only 2 registers open! Many self checkout lanes, none were open! Only one end of quick checkout was open! Long lines! Had to wait 20-30 minutes in line! Very disappointed!

Generally a nice store with helpful associates. Customer service Department is unfriendly and unhelpful. Placed a curbside order for $65 and included were damaged cake pans. We repeatedly tried calling the store and phone was not answered. We reluctantly went to customer service in the store. We were given a refund, but they were unable to find an employee to swap them out. We ordered curbside touchless pickup to avoid going into store, but they do not Have a system in place for touchless return of defective merchandise. Ordered similar pans from Amazon, two day free delivery. A chain is as strong as its weakest link. Better training is needed, and please answer the phone. My wife was told by customer service representative that they do not answer the phone. Amazing.

Terrible customer service from a lady named Julianne doesn't know how to talk to customers , the register broke while putting cash in and wasn't very helpful , very rude , needs to be corrected!

Never go to this Walmart. SIXTEEN people in line for what they call "customer service." More like "customer disservice." When I asked the team lead if it was possible to open one of the THREE empty terminals, I was met with a "Nope."

No Checkers and had to wait in line for 40 minutes. I guess you don't want people to come back to your store. Manager just blew off the lady who asked if there was another person that could check people out and she said no even though there were 3 people standing around in customer service just talking and not doing anything. Worthless store.

One of my favorite stores in the USA is Walmart. Believe me when I say that Walmart USA is quite different from Canada. We stopped here to pick up some pre-cruise items, and realized we were only a few minutes away from our hotel. Sadly, this store is smaller than most, so we didn't find everything on our list. We also didn't find the staff very personable or helpful. Note: Visit was before COVID-19 closure

I placed an online for pickup order, and all the items (30) were in stock on the app. When it was time for me to pick up, I received an email telling me 16 items were out of stock and that I hadn't been charged. I asked an employee why I didn't get substitutes and she I formed me they weren't doing substitute items. I then went into the store to get the substitute items and found that 14 of my "out of stock" items were on the shelf. There isn't a point to doing grocery pick up if employees refuse to do their jobs. Definitely do not recommend this store for anything resembling customer service, including pick up and delivery.

Construction seems to finally be finished. Boy, it sure looks nice! Too bad the employees flat out ignore you after making direct eye contact, seeing your flashing check-out light, and then turning around and walking away. And after trying to wave down several others and being refused service, you might eventually find one that feels like doing their job. And what job do they have, you ask? To ensure you properly scanned an item as the system didn't think you did despite it scanning and ringing up. And how do they double check? Via the F****** CAMERA POINTED DOWN AND ZOOMED IN ON THE REGISTER. THEY CAN SEE ALL YOUR CARD NUMBERS, YOUR PIN BEING ENTERED, ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE DISPLAYED ANYWHERE NEAR THE REGISTER AT ANY ANGLE. AND they're looking down your f****** shirt for fun! That's the kind of experience you can expect from this Wal-Mart. So pray to whatever god you believe in that you don't piss one of them off because they can steal your identity in a second.

The shelves are hardly stocked. The grocery looked like people raided the shelves for an up coming winter ice storm. This was the early evening, the have 2 cashiers on a Saturday. This has to be the worst Wal-Mart that I have been to.

I don't lIke leaving bad reviews hence all of my 5 star reviews but this experience I'd like to spare someone else. Picture this...you order groceries to be ready between 6-7 pm. I'm emailed that the order is delayed. Well that's inconvenient since I am already here but OK. I leave and wait to be emailed again to tell me that the order is ready. So that happens and I get the email and drive and go pick up my stuff. Pull up into the parking space and then I am waiting over an hour and I still haven't gotten the things so now we are delayed over two hours and I've sat in my car over an hour because I was told my order is ready. Furthermore when I asked two associates I am treated so rudely. To add insult to injury....come to find out the rude associates went home and never bothered to tell a manager that I was waiting along with the other 7 vehicles in the parking lot. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I will stick to target pickup service. They have it together.
