They have good customer service! When I needed help, they answered all my questions! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but on this day Old Navy did it right!

5/2/2025: Had the worst customer service experience and the bathroom is gross🤮
Was looking at the toddler clothes in the back and the manager shoved his arm in front of me to scan something….?? Didn’t say a word, let alone an ‘excuse me’. Only knew he was the manager because when I went to the check out line he had to come up to help with a return. The lady at the front was not friendly at all either, ugh. It’s so disappointing to see how unhappy people are towards customers.
I love old navy’s clothes and style, just really don’t love the stores employees. Pic of the bathroom for reference 😵💫

59 yo here and I'm not thin. But when I GO HERE I always find great choices for myself!! I WORSHIP the bikini I bought here recently!!! Individually priced pieces made it possible! 3x top med bottom and it's GORGEOUS!! Look out Martha Stewart... imma be in sports illustrated next!! Go my brethren!!

Old Navy is a winner when it comes to Tshirts and summer wear. I always find a bargain at this location. The store is well-stocked and staffed by friendly and helpful workers. Its a delight to shop here!

The employees here have dry customer service and see miserable but the store is clean and organized, plenty of sizes available. Weird that prices in store are not the same as online and they don't price match.
Better to just come into Old Navy to try things on to see what you like and then order online. Also the lighting in the fitting rooms is atrocious and you can barely see what you're trying on.
