Planned my whole day to come and rent a van and a storage unit, with limited time to do it, and when I arrived the office was closed for a hour without anyone to attend. While their schedule shows being open.

Van was dirty and had roaches in the van absolutely disgusting!!!! I hope yall know if I bring them home the exterminator bill will be sent as I have proof of roaches and denial of paying the bill will result in my lawyers contacting yours.
