Jessica was a GREAT help. Very kind and kept me updated on a package that went MIA for a while due to other USPS mis-ships. She was a huge help! I had contacted the usps in Gainesville and they were no help but Jessica was on it. I really appreciated it and you can tell she cares. ❤️
