called twice with no return call and had to send a Facebook message for a response. Just for them to say the easiest appointment would be the next day at 6:15pm and we would have to pay 2 more days for a rental truck. We wanted to support the local business in our town but Santa Fe storage rented us a unit with minutes.

I’ve been renting units at Waldo self storage for several years now. They’ve always been really great, there people like you and I and they have always treated me just as they would like me to Treat them. Family friendly, excellent pricing and always helpful.

I was actually visiting the 360 thrift store located at the storage facility. They have lots of stuff in that little tiny building, but it's pretty well organized and they have fair prices.

I was very disappointed with this place. The price is great, but I would never use this place again. I left my stuff here for almost a month. I swept it and sprayed bug spray all over the inside. I came back and about a third of my stuff was covered in bugs. Cockroaches, spiders and a other small bugs. I lost about $200 worth of stuff. I called to just let the office know and the woman Stephanie tried to make it my fault, I had no food. My bedding, clothes and shoes were messed up. I had them in bags and containers and the bugs came in. She told me that I needed to prove the bugs came from the unit and they never had a problem. Well, lets just say I know for a fact there were no bugs in any of my stuff before I brought it there. I left some things that were still covered in bugs and told her I didn't want them in my car if she could just get rid of them. She told me I would be charged a hauling fee if I kept those things in there. I had to go and remove the stuff myself. It would have been nice if they could have removed the items for me since it was there place that caused the problem, I wasn't asking for any sort of money back. Just some help. Poor customer service. I recommend you go elsewhere, pay more money and get a storage unit with controlled a/c.

Great space, friendly staff, and low pricing. They will work with you most of the time.
