Store is on the smaller side compared to other Build a Bears I’ve been to, but is expected with the shopping center being so small. The staff was friendly and gave a great experience!

I want to report and put a complaint. 1. The manager of the Big Chill 30A location lied about the closing time. She said she closed at 9 pm and closed at 8:45 pm. 2. She slammed the door in my 8-year-old daughter's face, which could have caused an accident. Are these the people who represent you?

Lousy service, my 8 year old daughter asked what time the store closed and was told 9pm, when we went in at 845pm, I approached asking for an explanation as to why they give false information and they closed the door in our faces.

We love coming here especially for our daughters birthday. Ava was amazing! She was the one who helped our daughter stuff the bear and all the magical process that's involved in the process. We will definitely be back again
